I wonder... How many dead bodies are hidden in these chests and baggages?

Well...vaccines are proven science that they actually work against viruses that makes us sick and/or kill us... And these new Covid 19 vaccines were put to the test with knowledge of how past vaccines work against viruses and the scientists involved in developing a vaccine for Covid 19 used that tried and true method to develop what vaccine we have now to help us with Covid 19. So much so that two different makers of these Covid 19 vaccines using mRNA technology came out with two very similar vaccines to fight Covid 19... THAT would make it "proven science" Also... Wearing masks and keeping a 6 foot safety distance in trying to fight Covid 19 transmission maybe a crapshoot type of prevention method, they do however have a basis of scientific method that was CALCULATED and FORMULATED with thousands of hours of tests of how water particles and droplets behave in the air. And THIS testing has been made and formulated at least 2 decades before Covid 19 was a thing. Say what you will about "the science of Covid 19" always changing. The way we have approached Covid 19 prevention HAS been with proven scientific methods. And they work to a degree. When they dont seem to work, its NOT because of the "proven science" is not proven, but rather because Covid 19 is a DIFFERENT type of virus that we HAVENT seen, therefore we have adapted our approach to the best we can to prevent more catastrophe. Which means some prevention behaviors have been modified. Some we have kept. Some of those needlessly, but its nice to uphold just in case...

Id argue though...that Western New York has even MORE in common with Ontario, Canada rather than PA and NE Ohio... PA I saw, is also considered Generic Northeast by the maker of this map. Well...like I said before, Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire, upper State NY has more in common with Quebec and our Maritime Provinces. Further more, Pennsylvania is more akin to Massholechusetts, than anything Canadian. PA has two strong willed cities, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, unlike any other Northeastern cities including Canada. Boston, to me, would be similar to Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. . NYC is very different from all others. But very similar to Montreal and now Toronto. Boston's architecture is reminiscent of Montreal's. So is NYC's. But Montreal does have a French side that differs from NYC and Toronto but there is something familiar with NYC regarding new immigrants coming to the US that I see with Montreal and Toronto that Boston and the PA cities will NEVER have. Therefore, I dont see how the maker of this map considers PA as generic northeast. Further more, Both States, PA and MA are blue collar states. Both States have frenzied, DRUNKEN sport team fanatics capable of starting fights in their arenas for petty things. American Independence have had their spark and fight start in those two States. But Id like to know more about Ohio, all of Ohio, as I have little knowledge of this area of the US. I know this map is for humour. So was my answer to the map. But, there are elements of my questions that are truly sincere and would like to knwo more. Plus...I do really wish that Michigan, Alaska, the Northeast corner AND NYC was truly part of Canada...

Ive got a a handful of questions and ideas to this kind of map... 1. why? (Because I dont understand some of these redrawn states and Ive got a couple of improvements of my own) 2. Why is NY split and given to Great Connecticut and upper NY is called Generic Northeastern State. 3. Speaking of Conn., why is Connecticut that long anyway? 4. if upper state NY is such a generic Northeastern state, then why was Maine left alone? 5. a) Why was what it seems like the 5 boroughs of NYC not paired up with New Jersey? b) As a Montrealer, I truly believe that most of NY State, Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire could all be part of Canada. Maritime Provinces AND Quebec. THAT would ALSO include New York City as I believe Montreal in many ways is just a mini New York. Actually, the way Toronto has grown over the last 30-40 years, Toronto and Montreal TOGETHER IS New York City. So NYC would be better served if it be eliminated form the US and just annexed by Canada... Along with that whole North Eastern corner. Minus Connecticut and Massholechusetts... Plus, Vermont, Maine and New Hampshire all produce maple syrup. THAT is Canada! Quebec to be more exact! 6. With that being said... It seems to me Pennsylvania and New Jersey could be as one since NY is part of Canada now... 7. Where is Florida? 8. a) If there is a thing such as Generic Southern States, then why is that area NOT enlarged to include the following areas: the Carolinas, West Georgia AND Texas? b) I could understand why Texas is left alone, and called a union on this map, but if THAT was the case by the maker of this map, then the map actually could be re-REdrawn and the following could be a whole big union then: Texas, Generic Southern States, the Carolinas, West Georgia. 9. a) If by creating a redrawn and improved USA, and we have already established that Canada should annex all that Northeastern corner and NYC, then Megakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Michigan ALL belong to CAnada now. These are cold cold states that best describe Canada anyway. These states all are passionate and play hockey, and are quite good at it therefore: CANADA!!! b) Alaska is not connected to the continental United State. Alaska is DIRECTLY connected to Canada. Literally. Therefore Alaska is not union. Alaska is part of the True White North...ie CANADA! Alaska NOW belongs to Canada! 10. why Hawaii? Hawaii is closer to French Polynesia than it is to the continental US. THEREFORE, a redrawn and improved US benefits if Hawaii is now part of France 11. US now needs a hot, tropical type of island paradise? THIS is where Cuba and Puerto Rico comes in with the forgotten Florida...

Induction motors do not lose torque. The magnetic field never stops giving magnetic vibes as long as that rotor turns around the stator. There is never a drop in magnetic power as long as rotor rotates inside the stator the way it was intended to... The shaft that allows the rotor to rotate around the stator might give eventually, might get misaligned, get imbalanced that will eventually fail the bearings...but as long as the rotor is rotating, there will be constant electricity flowing producing constant torque never missing a beat. Electric motors are known to continuously work non-stop for thousands upon thousands of hours... Of course there is wear and tear. Anything mechanical has wear and tear and will eventually give out. But an electric motor, as long as the shaft and bearings are aligned and rotate as they should, an electric motor should always produce the same constant power and torque throughout its lifetime.

I edited the above post to re-post Rawlings... I didnt feel comfortable with the so called joke I posted earlier... It wasnt THAT funny and it certainly wasnt proper. It was racist in nature, and I am NOT racist. It didnt have a place in here. So out it went!

There are a couple of Camaros and 1 Firebird of that era around my area. I think...all of them, with their V6 base engines. I am sure of the Firebird and one of the Camaros as that Camaro has a Berlinetta badge on it. The other Camaro, I cannot tell. But it aint an IROC, therefore it could have the 5.0 middle offering... Electric motors on pop-up head lights? Couple hundred dollars at least to replace the motors.

^^^ Hold on tight to your dream. Electric Light Orchestra In 1968. It was a dream. in 2021...its reality.

Yeah...finally that American-Canadian border is open! Yeah...there was a time, just a couple of months ago actually, that Quebec was divided into regions and one person couldn't cross into a different region... Especially if one came from a red zone. Montreal was a red zone when he got his Vette in May.

I was on a playdate today. With an employee's father who had a convertible C6 Corvette. I had thought that it was a Z06 badge on the side of it a while back when I posted seeing, but in fact it was a Z51 badge. Well, he sold it privately and got himself a.....C8 Corvette. 2021. He had to jump through hoops to get it. None in Quebec were available. All sold out. He gad to fetch it in Saint John's Newfoundland. But couldnt because of Covid restrictions. He had it shipped by ship...to Quebec City to another Chevy dealer But couldnt fetch it there either. Covid restrictions. So had it transported by truck to another dealer. Had to pay extra monies to have it shipped to these dealers. But all in all, the transaction price was NOT higher than MSRP. However, it wasnt the trim level he wanted. His is a 1LT base Stingray. He wanted another Z51, but beggars cant be choosers with a hot and rare commodity that is a C8 Corvette in Quebec and in Canada generally. White with a red interior. Red seats. Red stitching. BEAUTIFUL. But there is no wing. The mags are plain. The only option I think are red brake calipers that have the Corvette name on them. Basic but beautiful. So...I spent the entire day with him and his Corvette. Two middle aged men having the time of their lives. Bonding of our love affair of cars. Talking about Corvettes, but other muscle machines as well. We spent it in the Laurentians. He let me drive it. I fed him steak and beer and chicken wings. You know...manly food. Ahem.... It turned out to be a Thelma and Louise kinda day. (without the sexual abuse, killings, runnin' from the cops and ultimately jumping off a canyon...)

I saw yesterday, in pretty decent condition, a late '80s early '90s Chrysler New Yorker. The pop-up lights looked like they werent working and they were in the 'up' position. It was white, no visible rust. Nothing exciting about it other than seeing a relic of the past. I hadnt seen one since before the '90s decade was up.

^^^ I like the colour. Green on this era Cadillac makes it stately in my opinion. Couple that with a green interior and its a winner for me.

Is the 2 Door Muscle car era coming to an End?
oldshurst442 replied to G. David Felt's topic in Opinion
Maybe... If EVs are truly the wave of the future, maybe, compact cars in North America will truly disappear. And if that happens, maybe, midsize vehicles, even if CUVs, will grow bigger. Become longer and wider. If maybe that happens, maybe, the necessity for having 4 doors wont be an issue because midsizers are now gonna be fullsizers again. Maybe... And if that happens, maybe, because EVs dont necessitate all that transmission tunnel stuff cutting in the interior and space for an engine up front making a huge dashboard protrude into the interior, maybe, that will inspire a 2 door, personal luxury car market again. Which will filter down to affordable 2 door personal cars. Pony cars. Muscle cars.... -
Maybe Elon Musk is shooting his own Tesla foot and maybe THAT will destroy Tesla and coincidentally that will enable the competition to eat up Tesla? https://ca.news.yahoo.com/elon-musk-says-tesla-wasnt-142537743.html Biden doesnt invite Tesla, despite Tesla outselling all other in North America concerning EVs. is it because people in the know-how that actually will make the EV thing happen with laws and money dont have faith in Tesla anymore? Why? Some say because unions. But maybe other reasons too? https://ca.news.yahoo.com/tesla-chinese-rivals-xpeng-li-062943833.html https://www.scmp.com/business/companies/article/3142148/tesla-drops-down-rankings-below-average-quality-mainland-auto?utm_source=Yahoo&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=contentexchange&utm_content=3143475 https://ca.news.yahoo.com/california-couples-tesla-caught-fire-154040409.html https://www.nytimes.com/2020/02/25/business/tesla-autopilot-ntsb.html https://www.theverge.com/2021/7/5/22563751/tesla-elon-musk-full-self-driving-admission-autopilot-crash ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Maybe the powers that be are just sick and tired with Elon Musk and Tesla no longer gets a free pass? Maybe Elon Musk needs to step down...

Is it me and the way the angle of the photograph is taken, but I see this how both Buicks are parked ...although still within the lines... Are Buick owners slightly drifting in the "what is the difference between porcupines and BMW owners" level? Maybe? -
Im like you Balthy, Im a degenerate (or used to be) too. But like even in your example of someone at a party just blurting out p*ssy and laughing just seems...stupid. Sticking it to "the man" is what we all should strive for. "The man" could include many entities. Guvment. Big corporate bullies. Religion. Hell, even law and order sometimes because even law and order needs chaos to re-stabilize itself again to reset the boundaries. I think Bread 8 on a license plate and similar verbiage is a way to say FU to the Guvment for free speech and stuff like how George Carlin's 7 words comedy bit defined the stupidity of 'bad' language. But at the same time, we DO have to have some sort of decent decorum when in public. That also includes radio, TV and theatre (movies) and our media in general. I dont like personalized license plates either. For the same reasons Robert mentioned. Plus others. On a daily driver, appliance vehicle, I see no reason to personalize ANY part of the car. On a toy vehicle, yeah, Id like a vanity name. "Stranger" would be my personal license plate on my 1970 Olds or 1973 Trans Am. Its my last name in English.
