  1. Riding your bike does seem like fun. And I have realized that its exhausting to be daycare worker and mommy and daddy for stupid shyte. I do understand your pleas to me to just phoquing stop with the stupid shyte. Like I said. I understood this awhile ago. I wont be partaking in crap no more.
  2. I know this is very sad and perhaps crappy news to some...but Chevy seems to be giving Corvette not 1, but 2 siblings. Both EVs. One is an SUV and the other seems to be a 4 door sports sedan. It may be crappy news to some, nobody can deny that it aint exciting news...
  3. I inherited many 33s from my mom. All Greek music. Some real old stuff. I bought an ION one maybe 15 years ago and I just installed it about a month ago. I am planning to transfer them unto a digital device whether its my computer or whatever. Ive been saying Ill be transferring them for...15 years now. I took it out of the box a month ago... I know it works... Maybe in another 15 years Ill actually get around to doing it and Ill visit this very thread and tell you folk how it went...
  4. My family and I are still waiting for our turn to get the vaccine. Canada had a little hiccup which retarded the distributions but we are right on track now.
  5. Ill just re-post a 20th Anniversary Trans Am again since it went...like the spam bots... Maybe it was the spam bots that took away my Trans Am... Damn you spam bots try to catch THIS one!
  6. Gotta get many other things back and manufactured in the home field. ESPECIALLY away from China. But Id be happy if we (as in the USA...but for Canada too) could get the essential fundamentals back if it only BE just that.
  7. https://www.corvetteblogger.com/2021/03/30/motortrend-says-e-ray-corvette-will-be-quicker-than-the-c8-z06/ Corvette SUV Coming in 2024 We led first with the E-Ray news but the bigger news for MT Confidential is that the Corvette SUV is real and will make its debut in 2024. Built on top of the GM’s Ultium BEV (battery electric vehicle) platform, the electric Corvette SUV “will be a four-door, four-seat, performance-tuned crossover with key design cues lifted from the mid-engine C8.” The column also “whispers” that the crossover may not be the only four-door electric Corvette in the line-up as a four-door rival for the Porsche Taycan sedan is also under consideration.
  8. I like the song. Cant really explain why. I dont really like the '60s original. I guess its the catchy '80s pop twist about it that makes me like it now...and especially back then. I wasnt too keen about admitting to liking this song then. Problem is...30 years later and she STILL cant sing for shyte. Still prefer the '80s version. But Im not so embarrassed to admit I like it now! (Or maybe I still should be?) At 48 years old...and she is NO Tina Turner... Tina can sing and she's a FOX!
  9. Q: What the egg say to the boiling water? A: I can't get hard, I just got laid.
  10. Just to make it clear, Im laughing at the choice of the video. Nice choice! Fits in perfectly. But Im taking this very seriously, though! Just to make it clear. I wasnt trolling with the songs. Im in a very musical mood these past few days. It was a way to ignore. It was a way to say all Im hearing is music. Hence with the first choice of song. But message is understood. Has been for awhile. Bad boys with their bad behaviours... Boys will be boys. (gettin' into trouble) Baaad boys. Baaad boys. Boys will be boys...
  11. Because the songs didnt need to suffer the same fate. I love these sings anyhow.
  12. Hence the Good, the Bad and the Ugly Originally, I wanted to do gold hued early 1970s cars within those mid level luxo cars to match the soundtrack. But I wasnt finding any. I didnt want to do a 1966 Toronado. I wanted an early '70s motif. The Buick Boattail Riv had a hue that could have worked, but I couldnt find anything on the others. The Good: Buick The Baaaaaaad: Chrysler The Ugly: Mercury
  13. I hate dealerships myself. I dont like the buying process. Its not the back and forth haggling that gets me. Im OK with that. I do this. I do my due diligence before hand. I know what I want so when I actually sit down in the salesman's office, Im ready to buy. I haggle, he/she haggles, we come to an agreement. SOLD! That process takes 10-15 minutes. Maybe 20 at MOST. My do diligence is done days, weeks, and sometimes even months before to which I know what car I want. My problem is when we agree on price, its the ordeal when I go to the finance guy's office. I have to pass credit. No problem. Its the next thing that I cant stand. The shyte phoquing questions and up-selling about individual extended warranties on the engine -- steering wheel -- tire fill-up valve, TRUCOAT, Febreeze on the seats, special winter air for the tires in the winter and special summer air for the summer... and its usually all no answers for me, but it takes a phoquing hour/hour and a half. The thing is, if I was allowed to talk anytime during this process, it be a quick no to everything and in 5 minutes we'de be done, but its part of the process...

  16. I didnt get a chance to see it. I saw some noisy posts here and there and just went on about my business...
  17. https://www.greencarreports.com/news/1131744_2022-kia-ev6-with-tesla-model-y-beating-acceleration-and-charging-the-stinger-of-evs The EV6 is Kia’s first dedicated electric vehicle Kia’s claiming quicker acceleration times for its top EV6 than what Ford has teased for the Mustang Mach-E GT Performance Edition or what Tesla currently claims for the Model Y Performance. It also charges in less time. The EV6 is a five-seat hatchback. Kia describes the silhouette of the EV6 as “crossover-inspired” and “designed to deliver something different in the crossover class,” so it’s an entry that, at first look, might appear like a car or a utility vehicle. The EV6 will be offered in six different variants. EV6 and EV6 GT-line models will offer a choice of 58.0-kwh or 77.4-kwh battery packs, with rear- or all-wheel drive. Power figures start at 167 hp and 258 pound-feet of torque with the small battery and RWD to 321 hp and 446 lb-ft with the larger battery and AWD. The top-performance EV6 GT version offers 577 horsepower and 546 lb-ft, and is capable of getting to 62 mph in 3.5 seconds. The EV6 GT version gets an exclusive software-based limited-slip differential for more able all-weather handling. While the performance part of it depends on the battery and configuration, all versions are capable of charging from 10% to 80% in just 18 minutes, using 800V fast-charging (exact power not yet disclosed). It can recover 62 miles of range in less than 4.5 minutes (in rear-wheel-drive form, with the larger pack). On the range front, there’s not a lot of news to report quite yet. The EV6 will get WLTP range results up to 510 km (317 miles). EPA-cycle results aren’t yet available, though based on other EV results it might equate to nearly 300 miles—meaning that it might also be on par with the Model Y Performance's current 303 miles. The same platform is due to underpin seven of the 11 battery electric models from Kia due by 2026, as Kia targets 880,000 annual global sales of battery electric models by 2030—with hybrids, plug-in hybrids, and battery electric models together adding up to 40% of its sales by then. Meanwhile Kia disclosed that it expects to sell about 100,000 EV6s annually, with just 20,000 of those headed to the U.S. (30,000 will be sold in its home Korea, and 40,000 will go to Europe).Kia notes that it will be available for online reservations starting March 30 in some markets. The company revealed that first deliveries won’t happen until early in 2022. Exact U.S. details are yet to come.
  18. Now that the laughter that General Motors received for changing their logo has subsided, we could now focus our attention to ridicule Volkswagen when they officially change their name of their EVs to Voltswagen. (Their internal combustion offerings will continue to be Volks-wagen, until they dont produce no more of them...) At least according to the RoadandTrack article stating that its NOT an April Fool's Joke and according to their sources, the name change is real. https://www.roadandtrack.com/news/a35969854/voltswagen-name-april-fools/
