  1. I agree with camino on the wd 40..
  2. WTF
  3. Ummmm...
  4. hmmm....
  5. Just hang on the it ocn....gotta break in more too..should help a bit. If prices really do get that out of hand, II'd just give the damn truck back anyways.... A nice bike might just be better at that point ! I'm in the rare postion of having three fuel sipping compacts that are paid for. But-Gas is not going to stop me from getting a truck (like yours) if I want it. Worst case-you could pick up an old escort or Cavalier for the daily duties. My neighbor just picked up a 98 ZX2 with 130k for 750 so he could park his silvy if he needs to.
  6. I thought the rumor I heard was that it was going to be smaller than the current truck, close to the old s10 size. Less frills, and a cheaper price to boot. Two four bangers (one turbo'd/DI) and a diesel......if I remember right I'm guessing the big reason it's here is that GM plans to scoop up the causal truck buyer who doesn't want a car. If it ends up a bit like the S10 (I miss mine), then I'll grab one of these.

  8. Yes and no. Trucks still cost an arm and a leg here-no matter what it is. Granted, I just saw a 2003 Cavalier w/121k miles for 8995, and a 97 Neon w/102k for 5 grand.....that's just nuts!
  9. Lol on the dead cat quote... The little one should do well, the big one-maybe...
  10. WoW!
  11. Really doesn't like the front plate, huh?
  12. Wow...6,000? That's it?

  14. My bet is a bad injector.
  15. The Cars? Now that is cool too...
  16. Is that the sedan? I like the hatch version..reminds me of a Golf...
  17. OK, that makes sense...it would be a bit harder to put that up anyways..
  18. If you have potholes (or some pretty rough roads), I'd say yes. Normally not a big fan of them, but the roads are so bad here in MI that they will pay for itself after a few road issues (potholes, stuff left after repairing the road)
  19. Cool!
  20. I'm surprised people noticed...
  21. Oh, the reasons why: Goodyears- directional tread, as they only go front to back. Also poor at handling potholes, nothing like the comfort treads. Get ready for bent rims. Otherwise, a great all season tire. Michelins- PRICE $$$$$! Great handling, but you can find other good handling tires much cheaper. Also wear a bit faster than they say... CS4s- Great handing tire....also the best overall all season I've seen (falls just short of the TTs though) Also has a decent amount of cushion too....also priced a decent amount lower. USA made. The one thing I like about these tires is that they take a good amount of abuse. A co worker has them on her fusion...and these things have been tortured tested. Even though she drives like a Bat out of (you know where), they are wearing well @almost 12k......
