  1. Well, they do look kinda close... but different in that GM way....
  2. Now I need to see that dark blue one back there...
  3. Good luck! (and have fun!)
  4. Classics are a good way to go! I'm thinking seriously of a classic instead of a new car down the road (as my cars are almost paid off-yay! ) I just need a cheap beater to replace the wagon (I'm thinking 00-02 Saturn S-series), then I would be free to hunt down something good....
  5. I might have to borrow yours then.....
  6. I would end up using it on the other cars...
  7. Looks strange.. have to see it in person first...
  8. That sucks... If I wasn't so poor-I'd consider it myself. Have you considered getting another one down the road?
  9. My Cav avoided tree limbs, hail, and some pretty nasty weather. Good part. After coming back from an errand (only gone about an hour), I find two cars parked drunkly next to my car (I couldn't get into it to even move it) And you know what that means. I have a marks on both doors.....and on the rear panel.... I won't be able to tell how bad until morning... Part I noticed most- they made a nice cut into the rub strip on the driver's side...it's small (only about 4 inches big), but you can really see it. On the strip-will touch up paint work? or something to make it look better? Damn I'm pissed..... I tried to find the owners of these cars, but no one seems to know where they are ( never seen them before) I'm guessing that it is a good thing...because I'm sure I would do something stupid..... I take pride in my cars, regardless what others think....
  10. My fave was a early 00s Civic with the plate "GO ME"..
  11. Ah, I learned something new today....
  12. Man, I know how you feel....trust me on that one...
  13. Wow.... That just sucks....
  14. I'd agree with the above....get the 4.2.... And don't get too many options on that thing...the only bad thing I've heard about the 9-7x is the fully loaded ones have had odd things failing on them.....
  15. AHHHHH! They shrunk the Rainier!
  16. Nope, I expect good customer service from Mickey D's...I don't care who they are. If not, they better learn quick.... I work with customers all day, and they don't care a bit about you or how your day has been-they want it done right the first time, with a smile on your face. And it gets crazy...I've been attacked by customers before....that's down right scary... Though believe it or not, I got crappy service at a Lexus dealership....and the salesguy told me I couldn;'t afford a car there. Interesting...
  17. So you have to drive it to reset it?
  18. Go Tigers! That's all I can say...
  19. Interesting...I have had a mix of both. The dealership my family buys from (even though it is an extra half hour away), Has always taken good care of us. We have had a few issues with them over the years, but they have taken care of business. (The only expection was the issue at the end of my lease with the S-10, but then again there was nothing they could do with GMAC) My local Chevy dealership has had a mix of both good and bad. Some of the dealership' s salespeople are nice-others are serious jerks. My dad bought his Venture there-but they still have yet to fix the brake issue right. The Wife's Cav got hit by a moron in late Jan-they were nice about the repair-but the Cav goes back again next week because the paint is chipping of the front like crazy... It is a matter of the dealership to which you go. I for one will be happy when GM trims some dealerships...beacause some really need to go....
  20. A fully loaded Silverado Crew cab 4X4 in blue... towing a fully loaded 08 Saturn Astra XR 5 door. (red or gray).... Nobody said I couldn't add another one if it wasn't attached... :AH-HA_wink:
  21. Birthday parties must be fun...
  22. It's funny you say that, because I've heard that about BP, Sinclair, and that Russian gas station (name doesn't come to mind, though I remember it begins with a V..)
