  1. Way to ruin the party, Cap'n Bringdown. --- Spring for the V10's.
  2. Someone should email Al Gore about this and see if we get a response. Don't expect a quick reply, however. He's busy spreading awareness about the most dangerous thing to all mankind... ...ManBearPig.
  3. I wonder if this will cause Toyota to reconsider its heavy duty program as well?
  4. lol. Some of those bands' names crack me up. Like 'Assfactor 4' and 'I hate myself' Emo blows. It seems to be hitting the kids around here. Of course, most are from upper-middle class households, and listen to their depressing and anti-everything music on the iPods that their parents bought them.
  5. Whoa, really! You two would double our population! We're years upon years from even developing computer technology up here. Why, we just got this thing called a 'toaster!' You put bread in and one metric minute later, we get toast! We still cannot figure out where the bread goes...
  6. I don't forsee 'woodchips' in the future of any Ridgeline bed... or gravel, or sand, or cement, or brick, or mortar, or dirt, or mud, or fertilizer... The bed is better suited to kayaks and snowboards.
  7. Have you read the book '1984' by George Orwell? Chances are, on this thread, people will make reference to this book or use phrases that were coined by it. It's a very good book that should be required reading, because it is relevent to everybody in an organized society.
  8. My religion regards such a thing as a 'mark of the beast.' No way.
  9. Those wacky Socialists.
  10. Um... you do realize that the employees would have to vote in order to allow the UAW into their facilities. I have a feeling that most Toyota employees have no interest whatsoever to become unionized.
  11. Yeah... Toyota employees are going to want to unionize... ... when the already unionized Domestic automakers are busy restructuring and getting rid of employees, and facing huge legacy costs. Chrysler is barely keeping it's head above the water, and Toyota employees will want to unionize?! Yeah... bull-$h!.
  12. I too, think the Phaeton was a great vehicle. Those d*cks in Audi were just jealous if anything. The badge snobbery was also a sad factor. I happen to equate VW with generally high-quality products so the Phaeton seemed like a perfet halo vehicle. Sad that much of the population equated VW with 'Herbie.'
  13. Why not just save the cash for a stage 2 kit or something? Let some rice-boy chump strap carbon fibre accents to his vehicle. You'll be able to blow them off with a super tuned Cobalt.
  14. Get a hammock. Find two trees that provide shade and are within 10 feet of each other. String up hammock to the said trees. Lie down and forget about the world.
  15. See how much their website is worth, and maybe we can buy 'em out.
  16. I don't exactly care for the Ridgeline, but I'd rather see it win Truck of the Year than, say, Toyota's Tundra. The front end is still butt ugly though. The Ridgeline had some innovative features that I wished would or could be implemented into a vehicle such as the Avalanche.
  17. Oh, those Mustang drivers...
  18. Were Hybrids ever supposed to be 'cost-effective' anyway? If you want 'cost-effectiveness' and savings from less fuel, buy a Volkswagen diesel, or ride a bike.
  19. Does it hang up on Adobe Acrobat/Reader documents? Happens to me every so often.
  20. Tim Hardaway?
  21. I'd way rather see Honda make gains instead of Toyota, simply because Honda generally makes the better vehicle. Plus, Honda has some awesome stuff.
  22. It won't stop the Lada jokes yet, but it's a good start.
