Interesting appearance of the concept Camaro in that new one .

At the call center, we cannot "put 'em in their place" ... though, I would really like to at times. Sadly, we have to "take it" ... part of the reason why I need to find a new job ... pronto. *sighs* Cort, "Mr MC" / "Mr Road Trip", 32swm/pig valve/pacemaker MC:family.IL.guide.future = http://www.chevyasylum.com/cort/ Models.HO = http://www.chevyasylum.com/cort/trainroom.html "You better not try to stand in my way" ... Hmmm...we used to have one of those stores in the area ... not here anymore. Dangumit. Hmm...although, if I ask my Mom ... she might have some ideas where I can get/search for it . Thank you, wildman!
-
*nods* I know ... but, thank you for sparing me from seeing 'em here . Well, at least, thus far ... he he he.
-
*chuckles* I agree with you ... and that goes for any MC as KITT. BUT..... *pauses* I must confess that I've "picked" places on the dashboard of each of my MCs for that red voice light ... you know ... just in case they ever get a voice . He he he As for the movie Knight Rider, I like the idea of old TV shows as movies ... but, not if they're spoofs. I believe I've heard CHiPs is coming soon, too.... Hmmm.... They force you to play it with your sister? How's that work?

LOL! Quote of the week material . He he he Hmmm...as far as I know, yes, indeed, they still do make this game. At least, I coulda sworn I saw a "newer" version of it within the last year. But, yes, we do have a well-preserved version of this game ... along with a few others that I'm shocked we still have ... he he he
-
I agree whole-heartedly. But, how much you wanna bet that those type of commercials won't continue? I'm hoping I'm wrong, of course.

Hey mustang, Have fun with your internship! Hopefully you'll be back online with us well before my October trip (looks like it, since you mention August) as I plan to be in the Des Moines area. Perhaps we could meet up. It was weird NOT going to radio station WRMN this past Friday night to host CD Showcase (still looking for sponsors), but at least I wasn't "stuck at home". No, I didn't go on a road trip ... don't even have my older 4 MCs out for the season yet...arg. Instead, I watched my Dad's softball team win on their Opening Night, 12-11. After allowing 5 runs in the top of the 1st, Dad's team scored 2 in the bottom of the first and 5 in the bottom of the 2nd to grab a 7-5 lead. After the visiting team tied it at 7, Dad's team took back the lead, 8-7. But, a 3-run top of the 5th ... all with 2 out, nonetheless ... gave the other team a 10-8 lead. That didn't last long, with Dad's team scoring 3 in the bottom of the 5th to lead 11-10. In the top of the 7th, a couple of "well placed" singles allowed the visitors to tie the game at 11. A picture-perfect (replay material) line-out, throw'em out double play ended the threat. Then, in the bottom of the 7th, a leadoff double was followed promptly by a lined single to right field, giving Dad's team the 12-11 win. My bro-in-law (sister's hubby) manages a co-ed team on Tuesday nights [my sister plays on a soccer team on Sunday evenings], which won its Opening Night game this past Tuesday, 44-0. Yes, you read correctly ... 44-0. The slaughter rule doesn't "kick in" until the 5th inning; the game ended after 3.5 innings due to time limitations. They scored 10 runs in the bottom of the 1st, 12 runs in the bottom of the 2nd ... and then literally doubled their score with 22 runs in the bottom of the 3rd. Sssooo....anyone else play (or want to play) or attend softball games (or any other summer sport) this year? Just curious ... why the timeframe of the next 2 weeks? And, so, does this mean I'll get to ride in that Camaro when I'm up in MI in August? Sorry about the troubles with it, bud. *grins* I _never_ get tired of seeing that commercial . IMHO, it is one of the best spots GM has done in years ... and I sure wish they'd play it more..... I answered "depends". Lemme explain: My current family of MCs are most certainly NOT drive'n'dump. I've had my '79 MC since 1992 ... and my most-recent acquisition ('87 MC LS in mid-2003) is not going anywhere. However, the 2 cars I bought brand new ('97 malibu and '00 mc LS) were most-definitely drive'n'dump. I had the '97 only for 2 years ... and the '00 for 4.
