  1. So hyper, are you expecting derivatives of vibe, i.e. Corolla platform or just the wagon itself. I am serious. Do you think GM will go a step further and make NUMMI more effective? Both Toy and GM are to gain from it.
  2. Good job guys. Keep the show runnin'.
  3. Sitting on the commode and working your interior anal muscles is also a good exercise. When else can you make those puppies work (unless you are ____)
  4. If this new equinox gets a price bump you are looking at about $35k for a fully loaded model. Where will that leave SAAB and Caddy? 40-45k?

    Toyota dumps TRD

I think Japanese tuner market died with the death of the older bubbly eclipse (two generations before this one) and the death of sixth gen honda civic (again two generations before this one).
  6. The interior is very well done. The rear 3/4 makes the new vehicle look like an enhancement to the older version - some indifference there. How does it compare to the Captiva, which is found on the other side of the pond around you?
  7. That is a secondary exercise. My primary is playing chesS.
  8. Playing chess.
  9. I guess he wants to put in varying degrees of efforts to have them seen - from easily visible to make them visible.
  10. Es ist logisch zu mir
  11. Labor
  12. A small victory!
  13. Aren't they adding a DeltaII too?
  14. While I understand where you are coming from, Moltar is right too. Not everyone needs HO V8 despite of he/she "needing" a V8. Moltar gives you perspective of the customers who would be inclined to look at CTS for being E, 5, A6 competitor.
  15. I think this is a misprint. Forgive me but changing the gearbox would be more than $700 odd GM is charging for this kit, right? Imagine the coupe with its structural rigidity will do on track with this level of HP!
  16. I think what he meant was a bread and butter V8 like the 550i or E550 which CTS lacks. I think part of the reason why GM is shying from putting bread and butter V8 in the CTS is because of it would directly compete with STS V8.
  17. Carbiz, did you have a Brazillian sausage for breakfast this morning? You are feeling peppy! Motar so true. There is demand, but the people - corporations included are just not ready to commit. There are $57 B of infrastructure projects which are already designed however, people are not ready to step up. Partly because of no money and mostly because of confidence.
  18. >> An Update Thanks _______. It is known that the media has its own prejudices. Replies such as yours help in putting things in better perspective. This was a piece sent to me by one of my ex-students. Possibly it must have appeared in some newsmagazine. I am forwarding your reply to all the recipients of the original forward. Regards, Uday
  19. Dude get your facts checked. Go to GM.com - click investors relations - click quarterly reports for 2007. You will see how restructuring got them profits for Q1 and Q2. GM's plan was working till the market hit the stone on their head. Ford is just better because it is smaller and got some good change this year by selling LR and Jaguar.
  20. I guess you forgot that E-class is Taxi of Germany, UAE, and Saudi Arabia.
  21. When are you allowed to speak? Did you like what you saw? Anything special coming out? Any release dates mentioned?
  22. Prediction (ZL-1, are you being kept inside the mining shaft this late?)
  23. Base A6 3.2 is $42,950, base Infiniti M35 is $45,900 and they offer similar level of luxury and features. What is your point with that statement? Always shoot for the top? Don't tell me now that they are not competing in the same class as the E.
  24. One thing is true about this guy is that I am his most appreciated disciple. I am one of the few who can change his mind. But yeah the graveness of this subject is not realized by the people of this country.
