  1. I guess they are listening!
  2. That is a superior bike. A GT of motorcycles. Congrats +1
  3. Sex on wheels. Make it three who like and will buy this machine. GM needs to get one four pot, one six pot and one eight pot diesel in United States ASAP. It seems like other than the 4.5L V-8 they have plans for none.
  4. Those products can only come out under this new management after two or three years not within six months. Yes I will definitely buy Challenger or Ram or GC. Heck I might even consider the Patriot considering it gives almost 30 mpg without sacrificing utility. The stick shift is really under rated, and those looking for a compact SUV should definitely give it a shot. It is not about going and buying one of Chrysler vehicle right now. It is about what circumstances have lead to the current product laconicity. Didn't Chry make efforts in improving the interior of the of Compass and Liberty? As a matter of fact all these current products were conceptualized as neutered and spayed vehicles under Dr. Baldy and his cohorts along with strangling the brand although granted Chrysler top management did not have balls to talk against the Diamler Deutsche cronies and stand up against them. The current reality might be true about Chry being a dog now but writing it off for the future is not a genuine proposition. And do not be surprised if it beats GM in Volt game.
  5. Nice work Chris. Am I seeing a 50th Anniversary Z06? Is it modded or bone stock?

    Apologetic

As someone who has stayed away from these political threads I gotta agree with Camino and Defts.... This is not a political forum - saying "Congress' biggest fans and toughest critics". If it does become that way then thoughts not emotions should rule. Like Z28 I think rule #2 should be applied too. The forum has become like desperate housewives blog with no real material. And to both parties, regardless of your affiliation and whoever gets elected, life is NOT going to stop for you and so for America. If you genuinely feel for the country, then your time should be spent on solving real problems in the country not on the blog arguing. We complain about armchair critics of auto industry, we on this forum have became a bunch of such entities on political points.

  10. GuTteR was made too electronicky for its own good. In an attempt to be a David to slay Goliath (P) they stretched their balls afar.
  11. Sums everything.

  13. Chrysler should be treated with less criticism for a while especially after they were treated like a stepson for almost a decade. I think the company deserves a second chance for a couple-three years till their products start showing up under new design chief. I hope it survives till then.

Apologies accepted. (although you never really offend me - just feeling gracious today Lord giveth to those who giveth more. )

    Bad Ass

What make is that? That turbo diesel is really gunning out.
  16. Cracker Barrell - Yummmm!! Eggs in a basket with blueberry pancakes and maple syrup.

  18. I agree with it my friend. Lotus would have given GM an excellent platform to test vehicles, and would have sat like SAAB with no ultra high development cost.
  19. So true. The 4-cyl Ranger gets like 25 odd MPG highway. If they could have spent a little bit of the money from the R&D of F450 and other behemoths on upgrading the Ranger, making it a little bit more ergonomic and livable, it could be a good money maker for Ford.
  20. I thought the same as Batman. GMTA - Great Minds Think Alike. It is confusing terminology though. I agree Ven 2LT RS is my kinda car. It looks very promising. Good gas mileage, tremendous presence, low insurance rate and still fun to drive.
  21. Great Upshot for Chevy. GM Performance really put some serious efforts in Cobalt SS including the Supercharged one (and not including the 2.4L which carried that moniker). Just a little bit more attention on interior quality and fit-finish and Cobalt would have been on top of the of the Japanese small vehicles. But but 68 it is FWD with B Pillarz, according to your 894,526,325,326.25 posts you do not even care for anything having those qualities. Would it have been that difficult to make Cobalt a global name? Did it feel like bullied Americans at GM were imposing their standards on poor Europeans and Koreans? I do not like the name Cruze. If GM wanted to have a fresh start on their global quest of small cars, Cobalt would have had an equal chance at Cruze. Alas some intelligent people were thinking up their in Renessaince Center or Zurich or Seoul.

  23. They have the resilience which is currently lacking in us.
  24. It is coming from someone who wets on seeing the new TSX . Lucerne is third. C Class beat the 3er for first place. And the fact is the 3er has sedan, coupe and convertibles blobbed in those sales so it is not really apples vs. well... apples comparison.
