  1. I like it. If this thing gets 25MPG it will be a hit here!
  2. This car is sweet. Also, finally it has BLUETOOTH! This CTS-V has everything I would ever want in a car. Now all I need is the money; maybe in a couple of years.
  3. great pictures. The buttons are the glass are cool. But I doubt the buttons will make it to production.
  4. thanks for the review. This should be my next car.
  5. I saw one on the road here in CA about 1 week ago. At first I thought it was a CTS. The changes made to the 2008 STS really do make it look a lot nicer.
  6. No Bluetooth!! That is a huge issue if its true. Bluetooth is required in this kind of car these days. Don't give me the Onstar excuse, this car needs Bluetooth. Someone, please tell me this car has Bluetooth?!?
  7. Since we are comparing rear ends... Check out my Touareg.. looks a little similar.
  8. Of course this could just be the usual curse of POOR quality GM press photos.
  9. I think the rear looks great BUT the front end looks miss proportioned.
  10. Cadillac BLS Wagon: the lowdown What does a fledgling brand like Cadillac do when it needs to expand its range in Europe? Simple. It nabs a compact exec estate from sister firm Saab, swaps the badge and some styling details, and hey presto - the new Caddy BLS Wagon. The small estate will arrive in autumn 2007 costing around £21,500. Although Cadillac is relatively new to the European market, it has never sold a wagon in its 104-year history anywhere in the world. So what's different from the Saab estate? The BLS Wagon has the unmissable Caddy egg-crate grille, more perpendicular headlights, and the upright rear lights that have come to characterise the US brand; you won't mistake it for anything other than a Saab-derived special, though. Especially when you look at the spec sheet and spot three familiar turbocharged petrols and one turbodiesel: • 173bhp 2.0 petrol turbo • 207bhp 2.0 petrol turbo • 252bhp 2.8 V6 petrol • 148bhp 1.9 diesel Although Cadillac hasn't released any interior pictures yet, it will obviously mimic the existing BLS saloon's. Its 9-3 lineage suggests 419 litres load capacity day to day, or 1273 with the rear seats flopped down. Prices and equipment will be confirmed later this year, but we know the Caddy will have a Bose sound system, DVD sat-nav with touch-screen control and a Bluetooth phone system. http://www.carmagazine.co.uk/first_officia...=567&page=1
  11. This is off topic - If I understand correctly the STS and SRX are going out of production in the future. That means the DTS will become the Top of the line Cadillac!? If it does, it better be RWD and a whole new class of car. Thanks.
  12. Yu are right about that! The GM photos aways suck. At least the cars don't!
  13. Looks amazing inside and out. I am really impressed. I still love the new CTS the best but this will defiantly be very competitive. The interior really blew me away. Some parts of the interior look similar to my Touareg; the head light switch is euro design and the readout on the dash between the RPM and MPH. Nice work GM.
  14. I was doing some comparison and found the 2008 CTS is almost the same size as the BMW 5 series. http://www.bmwusa.com/vehicles/5/525iSedan/techdata.htm “Dimensionally, the 2008 CTS is 191.6 inches (4766 mm) long, 72.5 inches (1841 mm) wide and 58 inches (1472 mm) in height. Wheelbase is 113.4 inches (2880 mm) with a front/rear track of 61.8 / 62.0 inches (1575 / 1585 mm).” I assume that the real competition is the BMW 5 not the 3 series. It appears that GM has made a major shift with the CTS and putting it up against the 5 series. Any thoughts?
  15. Two questions - Where is the Nav Screen? (Pictures) Where is the push-button start? Also, AutoSpies has pictures of the iPod connector.
  16. In September I was in the market for an SUV. I really wanted to get an SRX but could not get over the interior design. I ended up getting a VW Touareg and love it. The interior blows the SRX away. With the 2008 CTS I have to say the car is amazing. Outside and inside GM got it right and can’t wait to get my very own. I am thrilled to say, Cadillac has a class leading interior.
  17. I agree completely. This SLS is amazing, its where Cadillac should have been when the STS came out. Why don't we get this car? What is GM thinking, don't they realize that the current STS can't compete here in the US. Give us the long and short wheel base of the China STS.
  18. That looks sweet. Makes me think twice about Selling my VW Touareg I just bought and get a 2007 SRX. I got the Touareg because the Interior was way better than the SRX but now the 2007 SRX looks much better.
