The readings from the manual are cool, original manual is with the car... Leno talking about how to keep the wooden spokes tight is cool... Maintenance every 125 miles on this car...
-
After living in my house for 23 years, yeah, always a project! Original and unrestored...! I definitely could use the "fat man wheel" First modern mass produced V8 This really is a special car.
-
This looks like way to much fun, the old autocrosser in me and the inner redneck in me approves... 1965 Galaxie 500, one of my favorite cars. Nice little ride along...last post for a bit.

People are horribly, horribly stupid...I work for a university in facilities. Had a professor hire me to fix his kitchen lighting because it wouldn't come on very bright. Got there and found a dimmer turned down...easy money...this is from someone who has an earned PHD. Never under estimate human stupidity... I had Greek food last night....it was epic and sublime... If you can save on fuel, it is a game changer. I want one. Thank you....! This car is sublime... A bit of Balthazar is still here in the form of me... Coltrane for Wednesday Pure vintage gold...

Wagon rescue...

It is eerie.....especially after being around ICE cars for almost 6 decades now. How are you doing, haven't seen you around as much? We need more electric car infrastructure.

You all know my fetish for early Mustangs...

Wagon Tuesday....good morning everyone...

First car of my parents that I remember, and I remember it fondly. Theirs was gold, this one is white. I love the design of the 67 Ford. Speaking of Ford, the damn Crown Vics can take a beating...

I really like this singer. Bought a used vinyl record on a wim at a store, and fell in love with his music. I am fascinated with this ship wreck, have been since I was a kid.... Good drag racing video....

Going on a long ass hike somewhere in Ohio with my wife, not sure where yet. Pulling overtime today, buying a ton of vinyl records and this pays the budget back. Hey, he once owned a 58 Chevy (on the show 3 is company) I love kia's current EV set up. Listening to a ton of music myself... Too bad we don't have a certain Canadian dude here to lust over that.... Thought for sure the big Lincoln was going to dominate the first round, I was wrong.

Facts don't matter to previous posters here, so this will of course go un responded to....Thanks for posting this though. Neat paint job, great car, fine interview.

Todays land yacht.... "It's a tremendous word, a big word, no one uses big words like I do, and grown men, macular men with tears in their eyes, come to me saying, sir, you are Iconic and we want you back....some say that I am Iconic...I am the most Iconic Iconic man ever...or so they say..." IF I had to have a vintage car right now...an Olds Vista cruiser with a455 dumped in it...preferably in some 1970's color like green, brown, gold, yellow or something. And a 442 hood...

LS swap would be huge. I am trying to talk myself into or out of, depending on the day, buying a big old 4 door American beast as a second car. These are all on my surfing list at the moment. Epic road trip....minus the Road!

Land yacht fever continues. Good to know about the Biden-Harris expansion of the electrical vehicle charging network. I know which way I am voting in November. Cannot see myself buying a Tesla. like their cars, Musk is off the chain.

Having raised kids, I think every child should idally grow up with both a dog and a cat. Loyalty and boundaries are two of the most important things for anyone to learn IMHO....cats teach boundaries, Dogs teach loyalty. just my two cents. That is killer I love the Kia EV's, could see owning one myself. Onward to progress.....!

OK, I lied on last post...

Last picture of the day, old Steam locomotive shot in Iola Wisconsin. Passenger rail service was discontinued here in 1949, Freight in 1958, and the station still exists in good condition. The 4-4-0 steam locomotives always seemed to have a great look, and I love this photograph.

More land yacht love... Impressive..

You obviously missed the C and G thread where I met a guy named Dr. Brown and bought a DeLorean, right? Try to pay attention sir. I would like a newer land yacht of sorts, but a smaller one. Like a Cadillac CTS or something. Interesting video on Audi recycling engineering prototypes. Exactly.

I would love to do this trip, speaking of Europe. Think I may try to go to Europe in 2016. if the world survives that long. If not, cockroaches can dance on my dead body/grave. Can't worry about the future, just plan. Those big Fords kind of have a grace to them. yes, that is me actually saying that....don't faint. Absolutely. Can't wait for pics... Hezbollah and Israel not playing nice, Iran seems to want to fight, common sense is gone. Time to buy one of these land yachts I have been posting.....one with a points style ignition so I have something to drive after the inevitable thermonuclear electromagnetic pulse.
