Ah yes, the Brits and their love of American cars
Pricing due to import taxes must make a real difference though. The car is 31,000 pounds, or about 63k u.s. I wouldn't pay 63k for an H3 Either. Chris

Chrysler styling
They really don't build a singe car that I like the styling of, so, to answer the question in the o.p., What do you think of Chrysler Styling? Not much, actually. Chris

Pull the P.C. Plug
Alas people are afraid of thinking...being P.C. means that you don't have to think. Chris

2007 Buick LaCrosse earns ONE-star from NHTSA
Not to mention the prototype cars and the defective cars that are crushed. Chris

I would agree. Chris

Edmunds Evaluation: 2006 Sport Compact Comparison
With a Mini we know that he isn't compensating for anything with the size of his automobile... Chris

Edmunds Evaluation: 2006 Sport Compact Comparison
The Mini Cooper S is near the top of my automotive lust chart at the moment. That being said, it is probably the least reliable car in the test. That should be noted. Also, G.M. gives great support to the Ecotech. The Cobalt can be hopped up pretty easily, something that shoudl weigh in its favor that usually does not. Chris

DCX to cut 13,000 jobs
I feel your pain brother. Here in Ohio our economy is in the $h!ter because of this kind of thinking. Chris

DCX to cut 13,000 jobs
It makes me want to work that much harder to elect good people in 2008. Chris

My one major complaint with the intrepid thus far
Actually my Chryser Concorde got about 26-28 in mostly highway driving. Chris

Jan. 2007 Sales: American Honda
Again, I think that the economy will come into play. I would be very interested at seeing how the Fit does. I would guess that it would take off in sales when the weather breaks. Chris

Jan. 2007 Sales: Chrysler Group
Again, a huge part of the problem is the economy. It is still much weaker than people give it dredit for. Chris

The wrangler 4 dr is an amazing product. Not an SUV fan but I wouldn't mind owning one. Chris

Mini to Offer AWD on 2008 Models
The big issue will be how stout the new powertrains are. The older Brazilian powertrains were not the best. The Mini needs to stay a simple lower priced car IMHO. AWD on it is just Arch Idiot Stupid. But a Clubman would be kinda cool. Chris

MOTOR TREND X-OVER COMPARO
You are right about the rear of the Edge, but the front is hideous. Also, I don't like the Murano Interior either. Of the two the Murano is the much easier fix. Chris

MOTOR TREND X-OVER COMPARO
Let's not give credit where credit is not due. I am not trying to be mean but exactly how is the edge better than the Highlander in any real way? BTW, I am trying to ask a serious question...I just don't see it at all. Chris

MOTOR TREND X-OVER COMPARO
None of the four SUV's mentioned will ever have a home in my garage. I do think Im port Bias exists but I am very unimpressed with the edge. The styling is horrible and the wieght thing IS a serious issue. BTW, I have read reviews that have blasted the GTI for being heavy. Chris

GM Daewoo Soars
...and yes it is good to see daewoo do well. My mother drives a Chevy Aveo and I think it is made by Daewoo. Not a bad car for the $. Chris

GM Daewoo Soars
...or built better than a 1960's fiat. Chris

And the Cheapest Interior Award goes to...
Seriously, I do like the Generals interiors better. Much better. Chris

2008 Scion xB
I own a current gen XB and a GMC Safari van. They look like Momma Shamu and her baby in the driveway. Actually the scion XB is a decent city car, I would consider buying another. However, I am working on the Mrs. and think I have her convinced that we need a Cobalt SS/SC as a replacement for the Safari. Chris

2008 Scion tC
The TC is still much heavier and does not handle as well as the prev. Celica. For a sports car, better options exist. I would buy a 2000-2005 Celica before I would buy a TC. Chris

MINI Cooper D
Probably people remember the olds diesels of the late 70's-early 80's. Seriously, a diesel Cobalt would be a kick ass car. Chris
