  1. All afternoon I've been hearing periodic, erotically charged cries of some dude. They're coming from a mysterious house down the hill and across a wheat field from my back yard. What the heck is going on down there?
  2. Still shocks me a bit that Kia and GMC are being seriously compared. Makes me sad for GMC.
  3. I learned at a family event that my cousin and her husband recently picked one of these up over to the Carmax. It was difficult to hide my hard eye-roll. Of course they also have a Rogue, so it's a double CVT hell for them.
  4. Love this in the green color. I would have one if I could look past some things. Third row seat would be permanently folded down. Also, I understand it has pretty decent off-road ability, TFL tested it on their hill climb course and came away with a positive review as well. I believe that every AWD CUV needs a system that is fully effective in any on-road weather condition (some are clearly better than others), but when one also can handle moderate off-roading, it earns extra points in my book. I read where Kia may put together an upgraded off-road package for the Telluride. Will be interesting to see it go against the 2020 Acadia AT4.
  5. REBEL WITHOUT A CAUSE, WHAT A LOVE TRIANGLE!
  6. Would love a saddle brown color that does not skew orange like other late model GM non-black or gray interiors. I really liked the Cinnamon and Black cloth interior on the Equinox, but of course GM discontinued it for 2020. They are so obsessed with offering the fewest, only top-selling color combos, to heck with customer choice anymore.
  7. Black and blue i3 with a white eagle decal on the hood, 2" wide bright green stripes down the side, and single-tone red flame decals on the doors, all unprofessionally applied.
  8. Love the '49-'51 Mercury, if it is unmolested. In green.
  9. The little "TODAY'S BIRTHDAYS" box on the home page really brings back good memories of so many nice people who've been members here over the years.
  10. (Forever altered Mercury on the psychiatrist's couch) Psychiatrist: "Show me on the 1/24 scale model where the bad man touched you?" (Mercury, with unsteady hand, slowly points to model's roof. A tear is pinched from a blinking eye. Psychiatrist casts a knowing, concerned glance. A breakthrough is achieved)
  11. Well if you can't love yourself, how will you love anyone else? Just don't go blind.
  12. I'm speechless. You are so right. I made it personal by calling you out on the electric car you own, so it is only natural that you would retaliate in kind.
  13. Seeing the XT4 on the road has brought me around to the looks. The stubby rear overhang was a problem for me until I realized the length was put into the rear door and subsequent rear seat room. Seems a decent CUV. I still think the Corsair is much more classically handsome and well proportioned though.
  14. Exactly. Common platform, different silhouettes plopped on. Sooooo exciting. *YAWN*
  15. I love it when I see a black, black Soul on the highway of life. If this is Venue-sized, I gotta tell ya I prefer the Venue, because it is not derivative of any other CUV. The Sell Toes is let down a bit by the rear clip, which has the ubiquitous triangular quarter glass and a taillight arrangement that could be off so many other CUV's. Venue is at least a unique miniature.
  16. Pure goofiness. Unrealistic in the simplest terms. Dr. Seuss' target audience is smarter than this.
  17. Wow, that's tiny then. Not too bad looking.
  18. Aww thanks dfelt. Not conflicted in the least here. Plus I see no palpable reason to change when something works.
  19. Out of all the BMW's, I only like the 2-series. But I could never own one even if I had the money. You see, I actually use my turn signals.
  20. Nope... still don't get it. Please don't boil my green eggs. I like them sunny side up. C-r-y-i-n-g doesn't w-o-r-k.
  21. Please do "right" it.
  22. Waiting with baited breff to see what GM has in store for the Colorado styling update. The order guide states the 2020 model is unchanged, which is a disappointment, but hopefully it will be a short model year. I am hoping they go big and make it look like a baby 2020 HD... I would be all over it!
  23. I blacked out when I got this far into it.
