  1. That's it, Fly. The phallic jokes were flying through my brain, but I'm trying hard to be a good boy.
  2. I went downstairs last night to let my dog out to pee, and when I turned the back light on, I saw two slugs fu*king while stuck to my sliding glass door. Being the mean guy that I am, I decided to break up the party by sprinkling salt on them. They unhooked themselves, contracted their bodies, and started going in circles while secreting a shitload of slime all over my glass door. It was DISGUSTING. It looked like a camel with a cold sneezed on it. They finally dropped off the glass and started (relatively) running away. I immediately turned the hose sprayer on the door, but that slug slime is tough! It stuck like Krazy Glue, but finally, the full-blast spray of the hose cleaned it up. Bleh. Get a room, you slimy little mofos!
  3. Who dat? The rapper?

    Hot or Not?

I know they're real magnesium, and I know they're expensive... ($700+ each?), but I never liked the pissy color of those rims.
  5. Did the airbags go off?
  6. We can prolly fix it, but I doubt it will fit in our paint booths.
  7. Oh my God.... Oh...my...God! YEAHHHHHH!!!!! Was that grammatically correct?

Crash tests and safety concerns are conspiring to take the excitement and imagination out of car design. GM, don't let these practical realities steal your creativity! Give us more beautiful cars like the Solstice. Cars that just ooze confidence and romance.
  9. Fly, we got an '06 Malibu sedan in too, Sport Red, base LS. It looks nice, even in base form. The interior looked like it was a new color of brown/tan.
  10. I love the Solstice hardtop coupe, but like the idea of all Ecotec engines. Sometimes, more is not more. With NA and forced induction Ecotecs, Kappa seems to be a perfectly balanced chassis. I'd buy a Solstice fastback, I'm dead serious.
  11. Yupper, that's him.

Well, it's a '79, of course. It has the smaller rectangular wraparound on the taillights. The '78 had a slanted end. The '80 had a taller rectangular end, and the '81 had different lens graphics, but the same wraparound. The '78 and '79 had similar front side markers, the '80 had bigger, thin-trimmed side markers, and the '81 had a wider chrome surround molding. The grilles are different for each year as well.
  13. gt1750, you've brought to light the F-car we've been asking for... with a true 2+2 coupe body, and an overall look that is chameleon-like... from jaunty 6 cylinder runabout, to firebreathing Trans Am (I feel the word "Formula" when looking at your rendering), this car is a canvas, like the original. Much kudos to you, sir.
  14. That's Larry the Cable Guy, a redneck comedian. He goes on the road with Jeff Foxworthy. He's pretty funny.
  15. We had a purple HHR just like that for a day or so. GONE---
  16. The car with the gray hind quarters, white elsewhere... on the inside lane there, check the full-width taillight cutout, the upright rear window, the prominent side moldings...
  17. I prefer reading posts that are at least somewhat spelled correctly and punctuated. I tend to take those posts more seriously. I have to say though that with Sixty8, his enthusiasm overcomes his sometimes hilarious spelling.
  18. There appears to be a Grand Am 7 cars ahead of the Calais, Vipes. Check it out!
  19. Crash standards and increasing competition to produce a stiff, quiet body structure are two reasons why curb weight is increasing. The higher beltlines on today's cars are really alarming compared to, say, something from the 60's. Before that, beltlines were pretty high, as we know. Higher seating positions are demanded by most customers today as well, another reason for the taller cars.

I do this for the fun of it. Certainly not to "hook up". That's gross, Harry. And... I had a more current picture of myself up as my avatar on the old site for months... I have never passed myself off as anything other than what I am. Seriously, I hope no one here misconstrues what I say. I like most everyone here, as a friend, not as anything other than that. Period. I know I joke and kid a lot, and if I ever really offend anyone, please accept my apology right now. Or let me know off the board. Harry, you've made inappropriate comments toward me and others for months. These comments do not win friends. They alienate people. Your doctor needs to know that you are abusing painkillers and mixing them with alcohol. You are in no shape to be happy right now, and, if I may speak for the board, we don't need your constant bitterness or your leering. If I were Fly, I would strongly consider banning you from here just for your above post, notwithstanding the long line of hateful, incoherent, perverted spew you've subjected us to before now. But I believe he's better than that. You should stay away from here voluntarily and only return when you can comport yourself with dignity. You haven't been dignified for months, if ever. Get help for your apparent addictions and straighten yourself out.
  21. Awesome, Crispey! Wish I could help. Let us know how you made out.

DAMN, that's one sexy landscaper! How does Camino keep his hands off you when you're out there in the summer heat, all sweaty from working, wearing no shirt...

Yup, I'll chime in with that guess... '78-'81 Malibu coupe. One of my favorite bodystyles ever. Perfect proportions and just the right size. I want one.
  24. Sweet, sweet thread, guys.
  25. Whoa, had to put three wheels under all that booty! :o
