  1. You know what, I would have beat the living SHIT out of that stray dog right then and there. No way would I let this lie.
  2. But that all changed when the Ford Fiesta came back to our shores. Hatchback outsells sedan. They mention the Ford several times in the big Sonic fold-out ad in this month's Automobile magazine.
  3. Good one. Law-abiding citizens must be able to protect themselves.
  4. Good grief, how embarrassing is this. Happy Birthday sir!
  5. The camera flash lights things up unnaturally. Yes, you can see in that photo how big the real opening is. The casual observer never sees it that way. Lots of vehicles are like that, giant grille, small opening for air.
  6. WHOA BOY!
  7. Nah, an ol' LG flip. I can call ppl, send texteses and take pitchers. That's about it.
  8. Holy overhangs!
  9. I'm going to guess the first one as Dodge Aspen/Plymouth Volare. I've seen the second one before... but dammit I forget what it is. And the third... I will guess K5 Blazer or Ford Bronco (appears too long of a wheelbase for the CJ5 I guessed first) ooo... maybe a CJ7. I'm prolly a million miles off with these, these are good ones.
  10. It looks like it went into a wall nose-first. The current car looks rather dated (and looked that way at intro), but this is uglier. Me no like.
  11. Thanks again folks. I'm itching to take a road trip, maybe to Maryland or my brother's cabin in Tioga County, PA. Although I cannot accurately check this first tankful for MPG because my selling dealer didn't reset the trip meter when they filled it up after the 150-mile trek down from the mountain dealer where they got it for me, and I was tired and forgot to do it myself the night I picked it up.
  12. I was not ready for that.
  13. I'm happy any time a new 2-door vehicle comes to market. It looks good. Does this mean the new tiny Jeep will have a 2-door bodystyle as well?
  14. Thanks everybody. I'm pleased so far. Yeah Turbo, I got it on Aug 25th to replace my Fiesta lost in an accident.
  15. I wonder why he didn't have a couple more strapped to the front bumper?
  16. The Chevrolet Sonic will be a safe small car, but I see nothing that isn't done elsewhere in the class... including the driver's knee airbag. My Fiesta had a knee airbag, as did all 2011 Fiestas.
  17. Whoa that's kinda like music to my ears in the note of G.
  18. I warshed it last evening, then ran out of daylight. So I stopped at Longs Park here in town and snapped a few after work today. My newest vehicle: (I even took a couple of the back seat for Drew and Croc in special remembrance of the CTS-V thread )
  19. I like the simplicity of it.
  20. Whoa, those photos remind me of a video I sawr on Youtube involving a really dumb Eastern European lady driving her Lada or somesuch into the water. I see no tiny $h!box autos floating in your pictures though, lol.
  21. You're a hondadude who drives an Audi last I checked, but you're alright, I don't care what Croc says about you. Happy Birthday, sir.
  22. Not so sure about Albert, but Drew is tight. Come on man, just do it. Look at Walt's garage... new Terrain and LaCrosse sittin' out there. The time is now. See your Pittsburgh area Chevy dealer today!
  23. I am experiencing sustained winds of 3 mph, with gusts of up to 10 mph. Not sure how much longer I can hold on.
  24. I love how the Sunbird was given more differentiation from Monza than any other H-body. Those are 3 sweet little cubic zirconias (was gonna say "gems", but). It would be fun to have any of the three, but the Pontiac, restored, would be totally cool. I like how the back glass presages the Fiero flying buttresses.
  25. Do yous boys really need fender skirts, curb feelers, fuzzy dice, altezzas, chrome on a roll and chrome tailpipe extension?
