  1. There are still some old Grand Ams running around town here.
  2. soap
  3. Oh, I don't know. The Vega certainly was a huge opportunity lost. Just when the Japanese imports started to gain a rusted out foothold on our shores in the early 70's, GM met them with a car that not only rusted out like the Japanese, but had a totally junk engine. Built on the T-car chassis, OH YES, the Opel Kadett was also on the T platform... coincidence? Thanks, Opel!
  4. I just built my "own" Soul, an ! in Java with tan/black houndstooth. Those things are wicked equipped for the price, $17.6k and it comes with sunroof, foglamps and high-powered sound system. It's a Scion with more Seoul for ppl who would rather walk than buy a Toyota. Only thing wrong wif it is a tiny motor.
  5. Knew it had to be a Mustang or Cougar, with those shock towers, narrow engine compartment and just the shape of the windshield opening. Why on earth would anyone buy that.
  6. That blue firewall and windshield header remains, is that a Mustang?
  7. That's an imposing vehicle.
  8. doublewide
  9. My '03 ION went back to the dealer like 6 times in the 9 months I had it. My '04 Colorado went back twice for very minor issues over 3 years. My '07 Sierra went back because the carpet at the transmission tunnel area was bunched and wouldn't lay flat. My '09 Cobalt has not been back to the dealer for anything yet, 4600 miles so far.
  10. Sarasota
  11. It's always a pleasant surprise to see a well-styled small car. This thing is really cool. And I love the C6, a big, elegant French cruiser. Loved the Top Gear vid for the C6. Unflappability, an admirable luxury car trait.
  12. I liked the 70's Lagonda, it was at least on par with other luxury cars of its era.
  13. I wish I had z's luck. I haven't touched anyone's mushroom in ages.
  14. yo ass, for post duplication:AH-HA_wink:
  15. cool
  16. Euro Escort Mk V ocn knows his cars.
  17. Wow, a BMW... with a hatchback, round fuel filler door and roll-up windows.
  18. Well you can see a Chivvalay crossbar in the grille, and the wheel center caps have bowties. But the headlights are too sober (prolly just dummies though for the prototype) for the hideous, giant monstrosities we've seen on the Spork production model (if they are an indicator.)
  19. Last I read, the Cobalt coupe will soldier on after the Cruze replaces the Cobalt sedan. A Cruze coupe, done right, could be cool.
  20. Huh? Woooooow... amazing.
  21. Hold on, that's sickening. Ugh.
  22. Picture #2, is it me or is the previous owner seen sleeping in the car?
  23. More than I think?
