Alternative Fuels & Propulsion RANDOM

LOL duh... Coyote swap! ONLY thing it's good for. Jeez, Captain Obvious. -
I just pay the fines. Looking for a '59 Buick though, so I can save that money every month.

Are you remodeling this one

OK, I wasn't sure which direction you were headed with that.

I am thinking good thoughts re: the refreshed front end. The grille and headlight shape are a new design language for the Chrysler brand. Gives me hope that there will be new models coming down the pike with this grille and headlight shape. AWD is a great addition to a great vehicle. Stow & Go is simply the best, happy to see these two innovations together in one package.

Any future EV version will mean the inverse. 600 nothings.

It's true, I cannot get away from the fact that even in 2020, I consider GM automotive brands as mainstays or yardsticks, while every other brand is an "alternative" or an "off-brand". I have to suppose there are people oriented differently, it just struck me as a minor revelation. I have to consider there are people who come from multi-generational Ford, Chrysler, Toyota, Volkswagen, etc. families as well here in America.

Row of four 2020 Encore GX in various trim levels at a local dealer. Most expensive one in the row has an MSRP of $36k, cheapest is $28k, all with AWD. Buick's trim levels are confusing... "Select", "Essence", "Preferred", what a load of malarkey. I think the exterior looks really good (Azure and orange paint colors, visual tricks to widen the look), but the lower trim interior is boring as heck in black, relying on one swath of eye-catching trim across the top of the dash to brighten it. The upholstery is as featureless as possible. Kia Seltos has a much more interesting interior than the Buick Encore GX, imo. Sad to say.

100% true. Honda says the same. It is governments who are forcing this issue. Not paying customers. There will be a reckoning. Something has to give. -
Here we are in the midst of winter in the northern hemispherical combustion chamber. Let us defrost our spectacles, hop out of the nest and roam a bit, in search of cold weather spots! Post 'em if you got 'em.

This was just a li'l hustle on Benz' part. To make it in the big wide pickup world, one has to hustle like crazy.
-
Except... that's an Oldsmobile Delta 88

That is why I had it taken off my 2015 and 2019 Colorado pickups. Looks so much better without it.

Casa, your new car is so great I cannot even say. So sad this is the ultimate (literally) Cadillac flagship sedan that matters after such a heavyweight, important and illustrious history. When I see and hear this car, and what it means at the end of a long line of greats, it really breaks my heart, not gonna lie. Blackwing, what a grand slam at the end of a proud marque's history. Protect and preserve it. I know you will.

Cool, I am glad GM has finally wised up and installed switches for that on their newest stuff.
