  1. Beautyfull!
  2. Very interesting, thanks for posting, Mr. Earl.
  3. Whoops, yeah, Eagle SX4s. Uncanny resemblance, as someone here pointed out in a dedicated X6 thread.
  4. Headed out toward local Toyota dealer to take a closer look at a sporty red pimple I saw briefly from the road the other day. Bright red Yaris 3-door S model. However, before I could get there... I saw it parked at a local Wendy's... SOLD! Stopped by local BMW dealership... they have several 128s, gray and orangey-red coupes, red and silvery tan convertibles. Very nice, but optioned too high... $35k for the coupes, and what's worse, both were autotragics. What a waste. Oh, they also have a couple of Gremlins, I mean X6s. Very bizarre and pointless vehicles.
  5. You're so hard to please. :AH-HA_wink:
  6. You didn't think that was funny atall?
  7. Agreed. NEXT!
  8. click me bro :AH-HA_wink:

  10. Well, a Metro prolly weighed about 300 pounds with a full 4 gallon tank. All these safety advances since then have made cars fat. A simple, 1.0L gas engine wouldn't work in today's Aveo, imo. We have fat, complicated cars nowadays.

  12. Most vehicles of this vintage are going to have underbodies like this in and around Brookville, again, due to climate and road salt usage, and Viper can't afford to travel too far south or west to find something in better shape. If he can successfully haggle, and if it feels ok to drive, it may be ok. Still, the Cutlass runs, and he may be wise to continue to save more money toward something newer. Just throwing some idears out, I'm not pretending to be privy to his thoughts. But yeah, he's a stubborn lad, he'll do what he wants at the end of the day. :AH-HA_wink:
  13. Well I'm going down to Ocean City, MD, weekend before Memorial Day for the Spring Cruise, lots of interesting cars. And I'm marrying off my brother, end of June. Other than that, my summer looks bleak. Sigh.
  14. An associate of Tony Soprano looking to buy your workplace, davey? And re: the racing Focus... this gives me hope that even in 2020, ppl will be hot rodding their golf carts, I mean cars, and still trying to street race.
  15. Oh they're made by Castline, cool, we've heard of that brand before. They look good, I love the Pontiac.
  16. If this were the Pontiac G5, I'd be all excited. But alas, it isn't. All I can do is admire it from afar, as with Kia's Pro C'eed (sp?) hatch sold in Europe. This Koup strikes a nice balance between "sporty" and "safe" that could make it a popular production car, and how can we argue with the powertrain (except to wish for a manual trans option)?
  17. Oh man, nice cabin, cappy. I'm green with envy, dude.
  18. That wet spot could be something as simple as being below the oil filter, when the filter is taken off, oil inevitably drips there. I could be wrong-o.
  19. You could further emphasize the cool horizontal lines if you tint the windows and paint the roof black, like the concept in your sig.
  20. God, sometimes I hate living in the northeast. Road salt be damned. The engine, it just dawned on me, should be similar to the one out of the 240SX. It's prolly not set up identically, though. So long as it was inspected by a reputable, non-blind person who values their inspection license, you should be ok, Vipes. Small, cheap pickups are immensely useful, and are in demand. Drive it and see how you like it. Good luck, and if you get it, we'll have to start calling you "Li'l Hustler". (Is anyone here old enough to remember what I'm talking about?)
  21. Between the washer and dryer, and now the door to replace the vandalized one, I have spent about $3700 at Lowe's in the last couple of months. It's going toward my credit card account.
  22. Reminds me of something out of that wacked polygamist sect, and also the movie "The Village".
  23. I was gonna say "whoa, another coup for Chris Doane", but it's not a coup, it's a station wagon. Good job, sir.
  24. Usually, those discount wheel/tire sites, like tire rack, or discount tire, have bolt circle and offset measurements posted for each model.
