  1. Chrysler's making strides. I like. Too bad they didn't get any interior shots though... that's the biggest gripe that many had with the previous car.
  2. Nice whip, man. That was quite possibly the best-looking generation of LH cars. Interior shots?
  3. The MKS EcoBoost is 4305 lbs. Interestingly, Dwight, the MKS EcoBoost has the best EPA rating out of all three powertrain/drivetrain combinations of the model. MKS FWD (3.7L V6) - 17/24/19 combined MKS AWD (3.7L V6) - 16/23/19 MKS EB (3.5L V6TT) - 17/25/20
  4. "Ask and ye shall receive."
  5. That was what I thought. It's funny that the Bentley V8 has a larger displacement than any conventional truck engine sold in the US, yet the LS engines are called the "truck engines." Bias at its finest. It would take more than one moderately successful generation of Cadillacs to change any perception in anti-foreign-car Europe. Even if the ATS handles better than the 3 Series, is more comfortable than the C-Class, and has a better interior than the A4/A5, it will still be perceived as completely inferior simply because it's not European. I wish the USA were that patriotic, although the Big Three did play a major part in screwing that up... but that's another discussion for another day.
  6. What do Europeans say about the engine in the Bentley Mulsanne? I'm curious.
  7. dado, it's the same here in the US as it is in Europe. If you're buying an M, AMG, RS, V-Series, or SRT, chances are that fuel economy isn't top priority for you.
  8. Most visually appealing interior among its competitors. Yeah, I said it.
  9. I quite enjoy the current Passat exterior. Looked more distinctive and, dare I say it, upscale. This one lets me down. Someone once said it looked like a last-gen Kia Optima, and I'm entirely inclined to agree. Also, will this be the first Passat not offered with AWD since before I was born? I haven't seen any indication of 4MOTION being offered.
  10. I must make my presence felt more so as to make the list next year!
  11. On the drive up to Virginia, we saw several Tauruses (one or two SHOs), a Fiesta, and a Cruze. Also, a couple of second-gen Chevelles. I'd like to post pics, but it's probably inadvisable to snap photos of traffic on the other side of I-85 while driving 80 mph.
  12. All Fiestas have air standard.
  13. In your opinion, could the 5MT use a 6th gear? How's the audio system? Button layout, screen, accessibility, overall ease of use?
  14. I don't have a picture, but I saw a first-gen Avslon with that same wing.
  15. I think that's the plan.
  16. Camino, understandable. They do tend to overboost everything these days. Moltie, IIRC Fusion and Taurus are sharing the new platform co-developed between FNA and FoE, which will be the successor to the platform currently used by the Mondeo and most Volvos. Obviously, Taurus will be stretched. I'm not sure about Lincoln, but I think I heard somewhere that the MKS at least will stay on the platform it currently uses.
  17. Nah, I'm not really scared, lol. In all likelihood they're putting the next-gen Taurus on an elongated version of the next Fusion platform, which should cut a lot of weight and make driveability a lot better. Hey, when's the last time you drove a FWD sedan anyway? Seeing as how they're anathema to you and everything.
  18. As much as I like the current Taurus, I still haven't driven one yet. Don't scare me off!
  19. Saw a couple of Terrains earlier this week, SLT models. Not that noteworthy, except for the fact that I now prefer their styling to that of the Equinox. Funny how that happened. Also, several G8s today, one of which had a few (tasteful) exterior mods. And one GXP the other day.
  20. The hazardous waste people near you may be of service.
  21. Space behind the driver's seat as it's adjusted to your driving position? Transmission readily responsive or slushy? (in both normal and manual/paddleshift mode) Bluetooth? Nav? Powerslideability? :P
  22. What I can't tell is if that's a Cadillac with Sixteen elements superimposed on the Camaro chassis... or on the Solstice Coupe body. At second glance, I'm leaning toward the latter.
  23. Saw my first new GC in the metal yesterday. Subtle. I had to look closer to make sure it was the newer model.
  24. Interesting concept. Wonder what will become of it...
  25. Yeah, I can't wait until I come into money. Then I'm gonna go out and buy an S65 AMG. And drift it every weekend.
