    Crappy weather

Born in Chicago, lived down here for a decade, so I'm a Midwesterner through and through. Detroit is just one of those places that seems dreary even on the nicest days. I've been there a couple times, cant say its very inviting in the summer or the fall.

Mine was somewhat spur of the moment, so she had to make do with a $50 Wal-Mart ring (which she now wears on a necklace) until I got around to buying a decent one a few weeks later.

I imagine that summer in Michigan is something like springtime in London, cold, gray and miserable.
  4. Well, gas prices started dropping in October, so it has to be something, maybe the Prius having a better image than the Malibu.
  5. Because you've had so much seat time in it?
  6. Hows that $2.99/gallon set price working now?
  7. Yesterday I saw three different Nissan Armadas. I didn't even know they sold three of them.
  8. I want glow in the dark upholstery.

Just walked outside, my car windows are all frosted up. Edit: Just went out to start it, surprisingly, it started up up just as quickly when its 28 outside as it did when it was warm in the mornings.
  10. I need a wad of cash and a bigger garage My dad used to have one of these, I'd love to have one too
  11. Orgasm, thy name is 240 It isn't perfect, but I'd take it in a heartbeat.
  12. Dont get me started on the 240z, that has to be one of my 5 favorite designs ever. I was kinda pissed at Nissan when they came out with the 240Z concept but dind't bring it into production. It would have fit in their lineup under the 350Z perfectly, and would probably be a far better car than the S2000, Miata or Solstice.

I'd love to live in San Diego for a little while.
  14. As I said, sight unseen. I'm going to peel all that crap off soon enough. Speaking of Ferraris, I'm looking at 456s on eBay right now. I find that eBay is like wikipedia, I start looking at one thing, then three hours later I've made my way through 17 other things and am now looking at unrelated stuff.
  15. A 308 would be nice, but this Morgan would make for a sweet ride, or a very interesting autocrosser.
  16. If it were up to me, the Cooper would have been bought months ago instead of the Prius, but that idea never gained traction. Now that she does want one, its impossible to find something close and it will take forever to get one ordered.

Can I join Second Life and just go around killing everyone? Cause that would be sweet. Or get Second Life aids and spread it to everyone?

'Twas a trick question, I'd rather be hanging out on the top of a hill in Pittsburgh.
  19. Breasts...topless...targa...911....An air-cooled 911 Targa would look great in my garage
  20. If I parked them both sideways, I could carry them in the back of the LeSabre.

Currently 53 in Savannah, 34 here. Which do you think I'd rather have?
  22. The hot girl at the gas station quit undercharging me for coffee a couple weeks ago.

I have an open-ended offer for a job in Macon, but I'll never take it, especially with the economy in a funk.
  24. If Craigslist is any indication, prostitution is alive and well. Camino, that Maserati still looks sweet, too bad you had to sell it. I'm off to eBay now....
  25. Evan at 5 years old, the tC is a better buy than a Focus coupe at sticker. Lucky for most Focus buyers, Ford goes about $8k off sticker on just about everything.
