The tC was head of the class when it came out, but the Civic (especially the Si) and Cobalt SS have stolen its thunder.

There is one small bakery nearby, but their breads aren't particularly good, they do other thing better. We have a Breadsmith close enough, they're better than going to Wal-Mart or Price Cutter for breads, but a bit out of the way. I told someone we need a bread machine for a wedding gift, only to be coldly reminded that our wedding date hasn't been specified as anything other than sometime in the next decade.

I could go for a BLT. Unfortunately, I dont have any bacon. Or lettuce. Or tomatoes. Maybe if I join Second Life, I can hook up with a cyber-skankdork who has the necessary supplies.

Every Craigslist transaction I've had has gone smoothly. Except that one time when the chick got the wrong motel room. Its like I always say, when you're responding to an erotic services ad, you win some, you lose some. But seriously, when I was using CL to car hunt, I got replies within a couple of days.

Yeah, I took a rather long test drive of an Astra, and the ridiculous flaws were quite apparent at the end of the drive. The armrest, the outward visibility, etc...

Wooooo....paddle shifters, most important thing any car can have. I bet those paddle shifters in the Taurus X shift super fast.

The Astra isn't nearly as good as the Rabbit or Cooper. It has some ridiculous flaws.

I've ridden in, but not driven, an Accord coupe. Neither the Malibu nor the Aura matches is around town.

Its finally winter weather time. Its about 40 and windy after a rainy day. Tomorrows high is supposed to be 39. Going out anywhere is absolutely out of the question, cold weather puts a damper on just about everything. So we're coping the best way we know how, a fire going in the fireplace, some pizza and, soon enough, a viewing of Anchorman, because it remains the best movie ever made. Is there any better way to kick off 6 months of cabin fever?
