  1. Pontiac has no dealer network. Wilmington is CLOSING which means no more Solstice, which means 50% of the unique models Pontiac sells no wouldn't be available for Pontiac to sell. So why would anyone bother buying the brand? Who knows, maybe you guys will get your wish and Pontiac will be saved, then we'll see this as the Solstice 2.0
  2. 75 and sunny, perfect for a little float trip.
  3. That statement is slightly ironic, being made on the internet and all. And this is America we're talking about, the average household has a tv on for like 8 hours a day.
  4. Another question. What the hell are they feeding raccoons in your neck of the woods. I dont think I've ever seen one much larger than an average house cat, and I've never seen significant damage from a car hitting a cat.
  5. I've only seen them on an S8 and I found it slightly gaudy. So does Audi just repair the damage and hand it back out for more press tests?

    Tetris

Today, June 6th is the 25th anniversary of Tetris being released. 6/6/1984 was probably the greatest day in human history.
  7. Raccoons released by a Super Duty driving Ford engineer no doubt. Am I the only one who doesn't like the whole chrome mirror thing?
  8. Probably could really cheap, but Penske doesn't have the engineers to develop its own line of vehicles so they would still have to buy whatever they can get an existing company to sell them.
  9. First gen Honda Insight
  10. I'll put my log in.
  11. When I heard this on NPR my first thought was, "French automaker" then I started wondering if they would try Opels and Holdens that aren't sold here under NA nameplates. I dont think either side of this is going to be ok with Saturn selling Pontiac type Chevy rebadges. Isn't GM only supplying the Aura, VUE and Outlook through 2010 or 11?
  12. Wal-Mart's website shows CRTs for around $140 and LCDs for about $180, thats a no-brainer. CRTs take up a ton of room.
  13. I'm the opposite. I wasn't overly impressed with the Venza in pics but I kinda like it in person.
  14. Pure white looks amazing on certain cars, other cars look better with a metallic white. But 90's Cadillacs look best in that pearl white color.
  15. Or steal one.
  16. BMW does it right, offering the metallic black and non-metallic. Not that it matters to me, I hate black cars, they're a bitch to keep clean. Yet I drive one.
  17. The same people who still use CRT tvs, because once you see high-def porn, you'll never want to see a naked human being again in your life.
  18. See what the return policy is, then buy it, go home and watch your favorite porn and if the picture quality doesn't work for you, take it back.
  19. We've had no problems with LCDs, I haven't checked out LEDs, but unless the difference between the LCD and LED is greater than (or equal to) the difference between a CRT and an LCD, I wouldn't think it is worth the extra bank. A side note, how do people still live with those archaic CRT tvs? The picture quality is absolute $h! compared to even the cheapest LCD.
  20. Dont convertibles typically slel better in the summer/late spring months anyways? I know that if I were looking to buy one, I wouldn't want to do it in the middle of winter, who would buy a new convertible that they couldn't enjoy with the top down for the first 4 months?
  21. Mary Kay
  22. New head unit will be about a billion times less complicated than trying to crack that thing open to replace a 3 cent bulb. eBay Its $20+S/H and doesn't have the cassette deck, but thats probably what you're looking at, money wise. I'm not sure how tough it is to pull the head unit in the Impala, but it was apparently really simple in the Fusion, since the eleven-million times I had it replaced didn't take too long. I'm looking at the dash of an Impala on eBay and I'm not certain how you get the head unit out.
  23. Best. Band Name. Ever.
