2. No scale models allowed (unless specifically stated)
3. All vehicles on list will be DOUBLE the stated points if they are in motion (in the photo)
4. Planes/boats etc. also double if they're moving/traveling in the picture.
5. No doubling up on points. Only one of each items!
6. Any interesting object/scene that is not on the list can be submitted for review by the
validation committee aftrer the end of the contest (2pm)
