  1. It has been a long time coming, but finally, we have gotten our first look at the upcoming 2020 Toyota Supra. The SupraMKV forums obtained a photo of the upcoming sports car in a transporter with most of the car cover removed from it. Comparing this photo with the FT-1 concept from a few years back, Toyota's designers toned down the front end. The nose isn't as pointy and the bumper has three large intakes - not two like the concept. It also appears the bubble roof has carried over onto the production model. As we reported back in June, the Supra will come with two engines from BMW; the 2.0L turbo-four (265 horsepower) and 3.0L twin-turbo inline-six (335 horsepower). This will be paired with an eight-speed automatic. Toyota will be revealing the Supra next month at the Detroit Auto Show. In the meantime, we have pictures of the FT-1 Concept, a camouflaged Supra prototype, and the production model for your perusal. Source: SupraMKV.com Pic Credit: SupraMKV.com

  3. We've long suspected that the next-generation 60 Series family would look quite similar to the larger 90 series. After seeing the XC60 and upcoming V60 wagon, we seem to be on the money. But what about the upcoming S60? Thanks to Swedish magazine Teknikens Värld, we have gotten our first look. The publication got their hands on a photo showing various Volvo vehicles in a garage, most likely a test center of some kind. Front and center in the picture is the new S60. The overall profile matches up with the S90 sedan, but Volvo's designers have made some changes to make the S60 standout. The window line along the side has been raised slightly towards to the rear to give it a slightly sporty look. The license plate has moved from the bumper to the trunk lid. There are some other details such as the blacked-out wheels and integrated rear spoiler which lead us to think this is some kind of sports package - possibly R-Line. It won't be long before Volvo debuts the new S60. At the moment, the reveal is expected to take place sometime this summer. Source: Teknikens Värld, Motor Trend

  5. Tesla's hotly-anticipated Model X continues testing in California and Los Altos shutterbug hushypuppy has snapped half a dozen photos of the electric carmaker's crossover rolling down city streets. The company has yet to reveal photos of the production vehicle. The vehicle is vital to the Palo Alto-based carmaker's future. The twice delayed Tesla Model X has attracted over 21,000 pre-orders and is predicted to push Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) shares up 70%. Deliveries are expected to begin in Q3 2015. High definition photos can be viewed at VWVortex. Source: VWVortex; HybridCars.com View full article

  7. By William Maley Staff Writer - CheersandGears.com April 24, 2013 It has been speculated and talked about for months on end, and it now seems to be real. New spy photos released yesterday show that there is an ATS coupe in development. The photos reveal a mule looking like the current CTS coupe running around. The indication that has everyone believing that its an ATS coupe; the proportions. The mule appears to be using a short wheelbase, not a long one like you would see on the CTS coupe. We'll be keeping a close eye on this story and report if we have any new updates. Source: Autoweek William Maley is a staff writer for Cheers & Gears.
