So, maybe it's senility, but I dont recall if I've posted these before in here and I don't have the patience to go looking much beyond the couple pages of search results I checked... so, maybe its time for repost if I have before...

Got these in the mail today from Japan. Tomica Escalade stretch limo and Camaro ZL1.

Not really GM-merch related, but its close. I recently picked up a '71 AMC AMX (HERE) and a '72 Ford Falcon XB (HERE). On the packages, and on the website, the AMX is credited to being designed by Chrysler LLC, and born in Auburn Hills, Mich. The Ford is attributed to being Dearborn, uh, born. I'm sure the Aussies and AMC'ers would disagree. Really wish Hot Wheels could get it right, but they probably claim somewhere that they invented Matchbox cars in 1953... 15 years before Hot Wheels' appeared.

Just found this one this past weekend; couldn't pass on it! The color is corral (pinkish) over white, although the pics make it look more redish over white. The funny thing is that it's not even listed on the back of teh card with the rest of the cars in the series.

While I'm not a fan of the Zingers style cars, I couldn't pass up a Van Halen themed item. And the Auto World square bodies have been tough to find, but got one today.

Does anyone know where i can find a Ford Aerostar diecast? not a hotwheels tho.

I e-mailed the Chevy store asking about a possible Camaro concept diecast, and this is what I got... My e-mail: Their resopnse: So... we'll have to keep an eye out!

The cost - $34.95 + s&h. So far every Solstice owner that has bought or received this book has had nothing but good things to say about it. Only one chapter though on the SKY Thought I'd pass along this info, for anyone out there interested in reading about General Motors.

I picked one up the other day for my son. It has a '59 Eldorado, '67 Camaro, '67 GTO, C6 Corvette and a stupid gold Hummer H2. Here is the same thing on eBay for $9.50+$5.79s/h. I got mine at Wal-Mart for $4.97. The GTO and 'Vette may be taken away from my son and put in my office. I also got him a Matchbox 5-pack with a classic Mini Cooper that I plan on stealing from him.

From the Transformers cars. The car is actually way darker blue than the flash on my camera makes it look, and panel on the doors is light blue metallic.

New Auction Block Cars.... also in sereis a blue w/ white top Buick GS.

Picked up this years Hallmark ornaments this weekend... The Classic American Cars Series was a T-bird. The All American Trucks Series was a yellow SSR. And... a no series ornament this year is the Corvette Stingray Concept (also known as Sideswipe). There is no Transformers tie-in with this, so this may be the first semi-realistic rendering of this car.
