I wouldn't go that far. Watchmen and Wolverine top my list for 2009, but Transformers 2 vaulted itself into 3rd place with that trailer. Bad. Ass.

I finally got around to seeing the first Transformers movie last night. Cheesy dialogue (then again, it is Michael Bay), but some cool cars and decent special effects. I never got into Transformers as a kid--I was a bit too old when they were the big deal--but I knew the basic themes. Fun popcorn movie. Looking forward to the sequel.
