That's not the guy that had the bad crash at The Dragon, is it? It's a nice pic, BTW.

Great pic. I've always wanted one and still want one, Pontiac factor especially.

When we were doing the Camaro deal on Monday evening and the salesman said to me "just let me know when you want your next one" after we G8 chatted, I almost said..."hmm...Solstice coupe...0%...I'll, uh...park it...somewhere...".

Local dealer had three (yes three) of the Targa/Coupes in stock at the same time.

Now THAT is an amazing car!

Yet, funny, talking with my Pontiac dealer in Jersey where I got the G8 and go back to from time to time, who have 1 white Solstice left they just can't get rid of--"I did sell a black one to an old guy, though, he said this white one was too boring but black was just right"--it is and was such a small market of buyers, they don't mind much. Especially the coupe. That was the highlight of an oddball that few wanted, I was told. They had a Ruby Red coupe for about a month and when I asked how long it took to sell I was told they didn't, but since no one was at all interested in it with the remove & leave it roof, etc. they dealer traded it off at the first chance they could.

Great little car I'd still buy, but yeah, not for everyone. But the looks...oh, the looks...add in the Pontiac arrowhead & even uncomfortable on the thin & squishy cheap seats (so much like a Vette there too), and the G8 would love little brother. Make mine an auto GXP coupe, in, uh, Gray or Ruby Red, please.
