Well, our task for the day involved changing the brake pads on my father's Bonneville and while we were at it, we decided to paint the calipers red a la GXP cars.

Looks great, Fly! Did you get that Duplicolor caliper paint...I've heard that stuff is pretty good. Any plans to do the back, or are those drums?

Sweet! All's needed now is a set of Mille Miglia rims and a slight drop to complete the look.

I like huge red Buick finned drums on a 1930s fenderless

Hot Rod with Firedome power even better. Esp. flat black

with red pinstriping and steel rims on whitewalls.

I've thought of painting the calipers on my Impala, but I don't know what color to go with....the car is black with a tan interior with gold pinstriping and silver Impala badges on the doors and trunk lid. So dunno what color to do the calipers in.
