  1. Sweet Read, thanks for posting, I have lots of love for the GMCbrand
  2. Very interesting read.
  3. Big deal, people that do have volts will not see this as a deal breaker and for people interested in buying a volt I do not see this as killing that purchase either. Prius was anything but perfect when it came out.
  4. on that Buick, that is hedious looking
  5. So would I... but it needs a 4 inch stretch, so I can get in one. +1 I love the car but at 6'6" I cannot fit in!
  6. Buick has some pricing issues, but I do think they can be overcome and proper packages at reasonable pricing can be made.
  7. Lovely Lady you posted Balthazar, that is a sweet ride I could enjoy cruising down by the lake here in Seattle. Rock On
  8. Awesome picture, I am totally feeling the love on this lady!!! I do hate the AAA sticker on the bumper but could live with having to heat gun it off. Damn need to buy another PowerBall ticket. Just too many lovely ladies to buy.
  9. Iagree that it is a nice truck, but not a fan of the grill guard, maybe it is just too much chrome.
  10. SWEET, this should bring some good intput to the GM global family of auto's.
  11. SWEET GMC Truck Hyperv6 I would as I think everyone else Love to see those pictures. We look forward to seeing them.
  12. Yes, I am actually excited for the ELR. I think it will bring some Excitement to Cadillac. Hopefully they get it out before Infinity.

  14. Why do I get this feeling that we will see the same fall out as the trucks and suvs did as consumers get to many options. Flood a market with to much and people become confused and stick with what they know. I think GM finally realized that they need to cover all the market segments, but not have an over kill of just one brand with too many special versions. I personally think BMW has overkilled this and now Audi seems to be following the same poor plan.
  15. That was never the case. Snopes has a great debunk of this myth. http://www.snopes.co...sxlate/nova.asp Thanks for the post as that was an outstanding read on the history of this story. I actually heard it the first time from a worker at my local family owned Chevy dealership. I had also heard it from my dad and others in the industry and never thought to research it more. I forwarded the link to a friend who is a mechanic at that dealership and he read it and could not believe it as he swears that is the truth. Now they have a debate going on as to if snopes has this right or not. Amazing how someone from a position of knowledge can keep a story like this going on for a long time.
  16. You would think that they would be looking at ways to minimize time length by putting in place a process that can say change out at least 1 auto in 6 months with the latest tech such as this 9 speed tranny so that they can start marketing it to get sales and build excitement.
  17. Very interesting, Wonder if this is due to Cadillac getting their own Luxury Hybrid based on the Volt. Eventually these cars while being a halo vehicle for the brand at this time will lead to wider acceptance of changing ways to power auto's.
  18. Being cropped down that much seems to have lost some of the dramatic affect IMO.
  19. I am amazed that they say it would be 2014 at the earliest. I would think they would want to get it in ASAP.
  20. Build your own reaper mobil, engine, paint it matt black, put in red LED's to have the headlights glow and you have your own death mobil. Ted Bundy would have loved it. JK about the Ted Bundy part.
  21. Debt
  22. If this car does inspire people like the original 240Z did, then they will have a hit on their hands. Yet it might just be me, but I see a dramatic shift by people to expecting certian level of refinement in an auto and I have to wonder if a bare bones driving machine will be a hit like it was in past years. Plus with all the government ninny devices, it makes the over all excitement level of driving to be very boring. One reason to hold onto and keep your older auto's.
  23. Drawings mean nothing today as they rarey ever allow the public to get any kind of feel for the new vehicle. Visualization is a lost art on the public. I can see what they wan to get across with this drawing, but I wonder if the public can see anything? So far in the last 10 years, previsualization has gone way down.
