Really children? Down vote for speaking a opinion on a car I actually have some first hand experience with? I drove one for a week (a year and a half ago) as a rental back in NC. I actually like that one better than the new one. Get over it and down vote something that actually deserves it. Good grief. Agreed, personal tast of a cars body style is very subjective and does not warrant a down vote. This is no different than the mustang and camaro which is a love or hate body style or any car for that matter. Generic Jelly Beans run aplenty from all manufactures, though I personally think the Asians and germans are the worst right now.

Leaked: 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk: Comments

Interior is nice, but I am underwhelmed by the exterior. Maybe it is the paint job with the flat plastic decals on the hood.- 7 replies

Yet this beats the S-Class from Mercedes Benze as according to MT, the 1999 S Class has a 228hp v6 and 232 torque. http://www.motortrend.com/cars/mercedes-benz/s-class/1999/specifications/ Yes at this time Cadillac still had V8's and the S-Class was only available in a V6. Where is MB prized V8, V12 engines then?

Very Cool Balthazar, never heard of any of them but they are all cool weird cars. -
Very cool, hope she takes care of you a long time before you have to replace the frame or some other rusted out part due to the salt on the roads back there. I love the customization you have done to it.

So this means for those of us that are real gear heads, we hold onto our older auto's and keep them running so we do not have to deal with stupid nanny devices that will fail and cause bigger problems. Just imagine the stupid Nanny devices decides to fail and lock up all the wheels so you have a locked up auto causing a reending accident and incapable of being moved due to locked wheels blocking the highway until a recker comes and drags it onto the flatbed and creates flat spots on the tires. Lovely, just hear the Dollars ringing up in repairs / replacement parts. Idiots in DC!

What Would Buy Instead- GS350 F Sport Edition
G. David Felt replied to Frisky Dingo's topic in The Lounge
Optioned and comes in at $51,169 The Chevy SS Fully Loaded and a Superior Value over the GS350-F-Sport Edition -
Sorry to hear you had so many problems that it ended up being repurchased by GM. Guess it is true what they say, you either really do have an auto that runs with no problems or you get a lemon that is just one issue after another. Wonder how many they ended up repurchasing? It would be an interesting fact and a tall tell sign of what was going on with the car diesels in general. If these issues showed up here did they also show up in Europe or does Europe not require the same sensors? What is the real difference between the two versions?

Some nice touches like the rear wheel well haunches, but over all just blah and nothing really inspiring and what is up with the stupid revving HP and weak ass Torque. Toyota has learned nothing about building Torque to actually move the car. Pathetic.

I will give them Kudos that this is one of the nicer looking CUVs they have built or it could be the all Black look with very minor chrome accents. nice job to whoever did this at MB for a reserved but stricking look. With that said, how is this any different than Chevy putting SS labels on every line of auto they sell? MB used to be exclusive. They are now available at all income levels and as I heard today on the San Diego TV, they have MB auto's for every level of income with leases starting at $99.00 a month. So MB is truly nothing more than a Chevy, Ford or Dodge but from Germany.

WOW, had no idea that they had so many types of Pizza Stones for BBQ, very cool idea Drew. I like this Webber Pizza Stone I found. So what shape of stone do you have? circle, square, rectangle, single size, medium or large circle or square? Love Burgers also, especially stuffed. Pass on the fish though, have no problem cooking it but do not like the texture or taste.

WOW, You truly make an ASSumption of the FWD means FWD weight bias. I have not seen anything that would say you are right or wrong, but with all the FWD Appliances MB makes, then you have to admit that they are all FWD weight Bias and no better than Lexus/ Lincoln appliance fighters.

Actually I was thinking of the reverse, that the US would take you guys in. After all with the premier you currently have, you could be bankrupt in no time. Then again Canada, US and Mexico did sign Nafta, so maybe we are already in bed in this 3some of a mess.

The First (of Many) Dream Garage Threads: Sub 2.0 Liters
G. David Felt replied to Frisky Dingo's topic in The Lounge
The GM 2.0 = 1998 CC Mitsubishi Eclipse 2.0T = 1998 CC Ford 2.0 Ecoboost = 1999 CC Mercedes 2.0T = 1991 CC I know they generally round up when expressing in liters, so I knew my choices were safe Yes, but it throws the whole premise of this series. Obviously 99% of 2.0 engines are under 2,000cc, but the limit is intended to encompass both limits. It must be under both units of measurement. Same when we get to 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, etc, etc. I will clarify this further in future threads. OK, I want to play but I am totally confused by this now. If the measure of unit is 2.0 liters or 2000CC does that mean it cannot be more or less? Or are you saying it has to be under 2.0 L and under 2000CC?
