No Problem Olds I have always wondered why companies feel the need to grow an auto from one class to another besides the jones jones race of others added a few inches so we must also. Yet then they end up having to introduce a new auto when the existing one no longer fits in that segment and they need one to fit. We saw how in the 70's and 80's they grew and bloated auto's and ended up having to kill off the car. So the new accord grows to become from mid to full size, the civic grows and goes from compact to mid size and the fit goes from subcompact to compact. So what will the new "FIT" subcompact car be?

Very interesting, I suspect if we reviewed all automakers, we would find that there are plenty of engines that had far better Torque curves but due to bloated weight of the auto they were thought of as lacking.

Awesome job on the headlights, nice over all effort at getting a decent car at a very low price.

Autoextremist Drives CTS. Autoextremist Likes CTS.

So what you are saying is that more people are dumping their MB auto's than American Name plates. -
That is freakin SEXY! I'm now going to try and work this into a review. Your going to Conversate your Review?

FAIL and they say software is bloated, the auto companies are on the 70's-80's attitude of growing every auto, we now have AUTO BLOAT!!! The Civic needs a diet in the worst way possible along with getting ride of the Metal Mouth front end.

FAIL - Unless the have perfected a Positronic brain to take weather conditions into account, this will not work in many scenarios, I would not want a car to auto brake for me as it does not know what I might be trying to do.

I also think it would be a good comparison. Thank you. Awesome guys, that is really good input and I know many of us would love to see those comparisons. Would be good to do this in a Mustang vs Camaro 4,6 & 8 comparison chart of current models.

I like this idea but lets add one thing I think GM should have done long ago, take from their Vans, the Mini Stage Coach Doors with Flip up solid glass window. This way you get maximum vision with the ease of access from the Mini Stage Coach Doors. The Vans had them, why not the Suburban. Dump the solid full size lift gate that most people cannot open without an electric motor.

Id do Geneva and Moscow before Dubai and LA.. You want to have international diplomats take a look at this thing. I bet the Russian Mafia would be LOVE this thing too... Let's add in the Yakusa to that Bling loving look. V Baby Baby, V Baby Baby!

Hopefully they will show this at Dubai and LA this year along with the XT5. That would Rock!

I always loved the space in the RAM Mega Cab model, would want the style of the GMC full size pickup with the nice and quiet Duramax Diesel, 4x4 system with the over all size of the GMC 4500 Heavy Duty Pickup Truck. I would love a dually built like this.

Can I be honest for a moment? Is there any midsize sedan that has passion? I would argue that the Mazda6 is the most passionate of the bunch since it has a distinctive look and is one of the best driving models in the class. (I can't say anything about reliability though since I only get vehicles for a week - Mazda, could you hand over a 6 for a few months? ;-) Point well made, Your right what mid size sedan that the masses can own really has any passion. It would be great to get one for a few months. I would submit the request to Mazda and see what they say. So in your opinion how does these three stack up against what Ford, GM and Chrysler / Dodge has?

Interesting, I wonder how the state feels about this, here in Washington if you change the mileage unit, you have to file with the state or the repair shop has to so that it is recorded documenting the change and keeping track of the actual mileage.

Found two High Res images, very nice. They were even higher than I can upload to the site so reduced them 10% to fit.- 54 replies

This is Freakin Lovely, I expect this to be a HUGE HOME RUN for Cadillac. I am excited to see more of this as well as the Escalade ESV-V edition. I hope they show off both at both shows. Amazing what has popped up on the internet now of the XT5 pictures.- 54 replies

Correction the M5 never set the standard, it is a FAT PIG under powered and underwhelming. The M3 set the standard that Cadillac used to bench what became the CTS-V.Back in 1987 or when ever the M5 came out as the first sports sedan it did set the standard and I was thinking more of the E39 M5 which was the gold standard of sports sedans. The current M5 is too big and fat. In fact the current M3 is nearly as big as an E39. OK, so yes it came out in the 80's but all pictures show the terrible quality of fit n finish and the reliability of the M5 was terrible so while it did start the sports sedan segment, it was a standard that was quickly left in the dust by others. AMG passed them long ago.- 54 replies

Nice update on these 3 sedans, I still find all 3 to be boring in the design department, interiors are just ok. Not sure what it is about these 3 sedans but they just lack passion and do nothing for making me want to test drive one. It would be interesting to see the long term on a Mazda 6 as coworkers who have the new 2016 model has had it back in for multiple things breaking including the electric system on the drivers seat.

FAIL!!!!! Could you not make it any uglier and what is up with the cheap ass dash. They are too cheap to build proper left and right hand dashes so they have gone to the ultimate cheap center dash. Toyota truly has gone to a lower level than any other name plate.
