  1. I had pizza and not burgers...but it had beef in it. Tomorrow will be burgers.
  2. You know, this car has very nice proportions...
  3. Apparently...consider yourself lucky.
  4. It's blocky, it looks like other recent Mercedes cars (like the C-Class). These are just the same things Chrysler was criticized for. It doesn't look robust it looks cheap. There's a lack of detail everywhere. Little if any stitching, the center stack is black plastic and a sea of buttons. As for the outside, it's generic out back which I guess is step up from the ugly Maybach wanna be rear ends of late? The worst offender is that fixed window...it might as well not be a hardtop.
  5. So...hardtop with a fixed triangle window in back = EPIC FAIL. This thing looks better than the sedan but that's not saying much. Once again, it looks like Daimler kept the guys in charge of styling Chrysler's interiors. I looks downright cheap. The dash doesn't even look like it has stitching on it...the freakin' Ram has stitching on it's dash!
  6. Cool...always nice to hear good news.
  7. I think I'll have a burger for dinner tonight.
  8. The 300M was the very best Chrysler had to offer and was actually good enough to be compared with luxury brands (their entry models, but still) and not be embarrassed by them.
  9. Welcome back Camino! We missed you. And for us computer nuts, give us the specs on your new rig.
  10. The A5 is easily my favorite of Audi's lineup...I like it even more than the R8.
  11. That's a nice setup as well, although a bit more expensive. You could also mix and match our two setups.
  12. I saw 5 new Mabius today.
  13. The RX's design inside and out is a laughable devolution of the last one. The Infiniti is nice but also quite polarizing. I think this has that Swedish "keep it clean and simple" look to it like Volvos do. Also, being a Saab, the fact that it's FWD isn't an issue since that's the brand's heritage VS Cadillac's RWD heritage. If the FWD RX can command a premium I think this can...if the interior is up to snuff.
  14. The sad part is that the politicians care more about the CEOs, and at the end of the day the CEOs will have made a crap load of money regardless whether or not they run the company into the ground and screw millions of people. The car is just a victim.
  15. No because I don't pull over and question every person I see driving a vehicle. You have to try to understand: in order to get a somewhat accurate statistic you need a large sample over a broad region. Not with 2 miles of where you live.
  16. I like bring threads back to life too.
  17. I think we've been over this before: what you see locally is often not an accurate representation of what goes on in the entire country.
  18. Also, for a devision that seems to claim itself as being able to do no wrong, I wonder why GME/Opel/Vauxhall have been looked down upon by Europeans for years?
  19. It wasn't really directed at you, althought it may have seemed like it since you claimed to being killing Saturn originally to bring it in line with the "corporate structure". However certainly a lot of people in charge are to blame for poorly handling the company for many years. And if you think that the corporate structure GM has is working well for it, I beg to differ.
  20. GM had decades to get it's brands managed and in order. It had the money then to provide them with distinct product, for many years. Yet it never did, so now the lack of money, which is mostly their own fault (with decades of crap and half-assed products with only a few exceptions) is just a convenient excuse why they have to kill off brands. Sometimes it's really frustrating...because even now GM doesn't seem to know what to do. meanwhile, over at Ford...
  21. Really it just needs to go down to Chevy, Buick, Cadillac, because that's all GM seems to be able to handle...but even then we've got FWD Caddies coming left and right...so I dunno if they can even manage 3 brands. there's no proper replacement for the STS/DTS, there wasn't even a planned one to be canceled, they just never seemed to bother. I doubt we will see Alpha. Hell I bet the new small Cadillac will be a Delta II.
  22. Yeah because apparently you guys at GM really know how to successfully structure the corporation.
  23. I read the title and who it was from an skipped the rest. TTAC is such a garbage website.
