    McCain's trend

A quick overview of each candidate's tax proposals can be seen HERE. And I think that very few, if any, of the current members of Congress are truly against gay marriage. Most who say they are are just pandering to their constituencies.
  2. "Cookie Monster vocals" is a common term for the growling vocals of several death metal bands.
  3. ReLoad
  4. Old man James's voice sounds a lot better singing ballads than punk. But overall, a pretty good song.
  5. John McCain
  6. Dude, the helicopter is one of your sacred rights as a man. Now I'm just disappointed in you for not exercising that right.
  7. I'd just like to point out that the answer to this is NOT "Hit Me Baby One More Time." (WTF Satty?) So this one's also still in play.
  8. Yeah, I really don't know how you get that from this: Are you trying to equate income taxes with slavery?
  9. Late night, brakes lock, hear the tires squeal red light, cant stop so I spin the wheel.
  10. Bad Bad Leroy Brown - Jim Croce
  11. What's to get? It's a fart joke. Just goes to show how toilet humor spans all times and cultures.
  12. I saw this a while ago, but the beard conversation reminded me of it, so I thought I'd share. http://uk.reuters.com/article/domesticNews...129052420080731 Classic humor that never gets old.
  13. Well there goes 66stang's maturity with age argument.
  14. I couldn't even if I wanted to. I can get by with only shaving two or three times a week.
  15. One of the brighter spots in contemporary automotive design is that automakers have re-learned how to make a good looking wagon (or estate, which sounds much classier, IMO.)

    Beyond Hot

A Mako Shark for the 21st century. I like. But if the cars behind it are any indication, Transformers 2 is going to be pretty awful.
  17. I think you're thinking of Larry Shinoda. Mike Shinoda is the rapper for Linkin Park. But yes, Larry Shinoda did design some of the most iconic cars in American history. Of course, he was American, not Asian, and his designs are deeply rooted in the American automotive design tradition, not the Japanese.
  18. I've actually read where studies concluded that men accounted for a much larger (something like 2/3) portion of the conversation than women. Men also tend to interrupt more. This article points out what I dislike about biological/evolutionary psychology. It has some good insights, but it's far too often used to justify the status quo. Of course, this is coming from a lifestyle magazine, where the whole point is to market the status quo back to people while making them think they're getting something new.
  19. Hah. I was thinking of the 6th Gen Civic when I wrote that.
  20. No, if someone glued your testicles to a cannon ball and fired it, you'd be castrated, and you'd suddenly be fawning over every Camry you saw. And my own requirements are quite simple. A small, good-looking, fun to drive car that's fuel efficient.
  21. It depends on how often you find yourself transporting more than one passenger. I usually don't, so having a coupe works fine for me. Of course, if you have any sadistic streak in you at all, it's kind of fun to force your friends to cram in the back seat.
  22. It reminds me a little bit of One (One 2?) especially when the machine gun riff kicks in.
  23. Gotta love that early 20th Century T&A. They may not be quite as smooth as their younger counterparts, but if you can find one who's still in good shape, you're in for quite a ride.
  24. James Tiberius Kirk
  25. You know, the F-150 looks pretty good as a convertible. Kind of reminds me of the old Broncos and Blazers with the removable roof.
