Avalanche looks fantastic in that color. I like unique colors on cars....after almost buying a focus ST, I am eyeing the Fiesta ST. Love it in the Ken Block Snot Green....

And, yeah, no loan. That's why I'm checking them out now, so I can plan a cash purchase a couple of years down the road. I do the same thing....

This would be my choice bar far...of the groovy Focus ST....but for that kind of coin, one could have a Verano. An excellent idea, sir! I am a small car guy myself, try a sportier small car that's more of a go kart and you'll be hooked...I was. Getting 34-36 in the Cooper S is a bonus as well with today's gas prices....even as an S it will top 40 on the road....

As it is, it will be a wait...local subie dealer says there is a sixteen week wait for a BRZ....

Agreed...some people get sport compacts, some people don't. Some people get the idea of full size luxury, some don't. Some people think all 1950's American cars are ugly pigs....to each his own. Personally, I like the FRS/BRZ, but feel it has its limitations.

It's an interesting car, and I wouldn't mind owning one, but in the real word its day to day faults outweigh some of the benefits. Very happy with the Cooper S and Miata in the driveway, this car doesn't move me enough to trade one in and take on a payment.

If they build the GTI in Mexico, I ain't buying one....the Quality control at the Mexican plant is just godawful....
