So I drop by my buddy's body shop today, and tghey are starting on two interesting projects...a 1968 firebird that is badly in need of a resto, but all original and untouched, a 350 4 speed numbers matching car. I can see that...I'll post pics if I get a chance... Second car is a HARD hit that the owner is sentimental about, and is making a large cash payment in addition to the insurance to repair. Car was hit so hard that it ripped the passenger door completely off the car, buckled the firewall, bent the A pillar, shoved the windshield out of the car, bent the dashboard, buckled the passenger floor boards (although not irrepairably) buckled the trunk floor and inner wheel house, bent the rocker panel, bent BOTH the front and rear suspension...and the guy is fixing it because he's owned the car since new and...it's thirteen years old. It's a plain base grade 1999 Dodge Neon two door with manual crank windows and manual locks... Owner of the shop is having an easier time finding parts for the Firebird than the Neon, even though the Neon is newer. Neon guy is paying cash up front no questions asked to repair the neon. Steve has repaired hard hit vehicles before, and this one will come out right....car is black and owner wants the car STRAIGHT no questions asked when he gets it back... Do you know how it is to find a manual crank door for a 99 Dodge Neon 2 door in a Yard? Actually, in a way it's kind of a cool story that someone is THAT loyal to their car...even if it is hit that badly.

How. The. Hell. Do you spend. $100 dollars. At a goddamn McDonalds? Seriously? That concept alone has just shat the biggest log on my entire day. How frigging fat do you have to be? Did they order the whole f@#king menu? I've never spent over $6 bucks at McDonalds and I've never seen anyone spend over $20 feeding a family of three to four people. How do you do that at the America's cheapest third rate fast food joint? It just doesn't add up ... I hate to bring this up but its true...he ordered so much food that they rtan out of chicken to make chicken sandwiches... Guy was at least 600 lbs...we have a neighbor who was 500 plus before bariatric surgury, and this guy was MUCH larger... Good piza is the nectar of life, it contains wheat but I can't live without it.

Fact is for anyone in their 20's to 40's, this is our current day Depression. Sorry but we did not crawl out of this in 2009 like the gov said, Since 2007 America and now the world is in a Major Depression due to INSTANT GRATIFICATION DEBT. Until debt gets under control, we will be in static to meager growth. Agreed, and it ain't gonna change easily....

If you look closely, you'll see Canada and England follow closely so the real reason must be related to speaking English. Notice also, that Hungary is the only nation loosing weight, in all irony... But what is really to blame...a low level of physical activity, Genetically modified foods or...? Your thoughts please, gentlemen! My kids were behind a fat guy at MacDonalds the other day, who spent over $100 on food for himself, his wife and two children. And my eleven year old daughter Christina and I went to Bob Evans...teenage girl in the booth next to us was HUGE...I'm talking half the size of our MINI...and after she ate a dozen Chocolate chip cookies there for dessert...she ordered a dozen more TO go! We now have somethink like 5 million people who are over 500 lbs....so why are we getting so fat, and what should be done about ti?
