McCain's trend
Other than the fact that say Germany or switzerland or sweeden have much higher productivity than we do and also much higher taxes. Chris

McCain's trend
Few people will ever believe that, although it is true. I got into a debate with a parent at my suns Cub Scout pack campout Saturday about these bail outs. Other parent basically tried to assert that Clinton mandated subprime lending while he was in office and that it was ultimately Clinton's fault that the banking system was a mess. What an idiot! Nation's biggest Chevy dealer closes all dealerships
+1 Although one of our longstanding Chevy dealerships and Grahm Ford, which has been in Columbus "forever" are shutting down. We are starting to see lots of dealerships here in the midwest go under, and others are very slow. Chris

Three funny stories for today
Story #1. I have witnesses for this.. I am an electrician, and have been wiring up an automated car wash. We are getting done with it, and getting it open...on site finishing a couple last odds and ends. Woman drives in in a Camry. Puts the windows DOWN when the wash starts...When the wash is shut off and she is asked why she did that, she replies "It's such a pretty car wash, I just wanted to see how it worked..." Story #2, Witnesses for this also. Ricer kid in the neighborhood who is really, really none to bright and drives a Mitsu 3000 GT wanted a set of 20" rims so he could have "Dubs" Buys them, along with a carbon fiber hood and a body kit (along with Neons and other goodies). 20" wheels are too wide for the car, and have the wrong bolt pattern...but the kid realizes that he can make them "Fit" by grinding off two of the lugs and attaching them with 3 lug nuts. Wheels are mounted but too wide for proper steering articulation. Mr not so brite tries taking a turn fast with the car in this configuration. Both front wheels come off at speed, and the car suffers heavy damage. Story #3. Going home from work today, was following behind a black intrepid...and the driver kept going strait on the exit from I-270 for no apparent reason and drove right off the road. (can you say Brain Fade?) Just thought ya'll could use a good laugh. Chris

He's presidential in the same way that W is presidential. Although W at least seems likeable. I can't say that I find McCain even likeable. Chris

McCain's trend
Honestly, if it were Bush vs. McCain I would vote for Bush. Although I am proud to say that I've voted against the Bushes 3x. My father voted against Nixon 3x (60, 68, 72) We will both proudly vote against a far worse candidate, John McCain, in November. Chris

Sarah Palin.........?
Shows that 19% of us are delusional enough to still like W? Chris
-
Sarah Palin.........?
It would be interesting to see what would really happen if an Athiest really ran for office in this country. The whole God, Guns and Gays agenda has kept many a republican in office. Chris
-
Sarah Palin.........?
He was refering to being far more moderate in I.Q. Chris
-
Sarah Palin.........?
+1 Chris

Sarah Palin.........?
Mitt had some decent economic expereince and was very well liked in Michigan, where his family is from. My son Joel says Romney would have been the best Republican choice...I think he may be right. Chris
-
Sarah Palin.........?
According to several of my Republican friends she is "ready to lead the nation" Wow...I can't beleive they actually picked a VP choice this weak. Chris

McCain's trend
No, it doesn't. If people actually lsitened to McCain they would realize that he is all about the war and Iraq, as well as tax cuts. I just don't see anything about the environment, energy, education, real deficit reduction, health care, etc. worth of consideration. Chris

McCain's trend
Let's go Ohio!!! The big thing here is that a whole lot of younger people are really into voting for-supporting Obama. This may be the card that turns the election and kicks the corrupt Republican machine out of the white house. Chris

McCain's trend
Again, properly solving the problem would have been proper regulation before the wheels came off of the whole thing. Chris
-
McCain's trend
I really do believe Ohio and the election were stolen by the Republicans in 2004. Things may be a bit different here now that we have a non-corrupt Democratic governor. Chris

Car and Driver - Lightning Lap
In a really cool side note, some SCCA racers had a comp. Prepped . Cobalt SS/TC on display out at childrens hospital and were spending time with terminally ill children. From what I understand they were very well recieved by the kids. Really awesome IMHO! Chris

McCain's trend
This is more like McCain avoiding reality. In my mind when I picture McCain avoiding the debate I see a girl scout being chased by a big, angry dog. Chris
