The campground in Lehighton, PA is nice. There were a myriad quiet places to retreat to on the farm, growing up. I'd love to have a private, sloped lot backing to woods and a creek to build a house on.

"National backorder" doesn't necessarily mean there is too much demand for a part, it could mean there is too little manufacture. For example, perhaps there is a design change in progress, or a shortage of some material that goes in the part, or the supplier is on downtime... any number of things can lead to a "national backorder". If you want to check up on the dealership, and you know exactly which part they are waiting for, you could call all the local Mopar dealers' parts departments and ask if they have one, and if not, ask for an ETA. They get an answer back from Chrysler parts operations when they place an order, giving status on each part in that order.

Good Lord, the little brown 5 door is doing this: If anything, a two door coupe would be fun.

Thanks, balthy. I trust your judgment. I surfed for some info after I posted this thread. What I'm after is a level stance, I don't want to drag my butt. I am thinking of 2" steel blocks. I understand due to the geometry involved, a 2" block will actually bring the bumper down more than 2" back there. I'll have to do some measuring, I guess.

Vipes, please look for the engine hood, or the radiator grille, somewhere there should be an identifying mark to tell us what we're looking at. Maybe the engine, or a driveline part is marked... now I am very curious about this old baby.
