  1. Thanks Drew, and reg, I will.
  2. Here are a few more pictures, per request. I'm really digging this miniature Peterbilt:
  3. Let me get this straight... this is a FRONT-WHEEL DRIVE cab and chassis work van?
  4. It's a basic TDi model. Only options are the TDi Monster Mat set... and a first aid kit (?) I guess they think I'm going to hurt myself. The TDi is nicely equipped even in basic form. Don't need anything more, in fact, it's got more stuff on it than I'll use, probably. I am loving the baby Peterbilt music at idle, but I can only hear it from the outside. Inside, it's quiet.
  5. Design change has reportedly remedied the window situation. No maladies to report at 428 miles.
  6. ??? *rendered speechless* *good news/bad news, your choice*

  9. I'm going with food as well. Good answer.
  10. Thanks, reg. A keeper. I like the sound of that.
  11. ...yes... it says 51 mpg average for all miles driven today...covered with BUGS in St. Michaels, MD...interior shot...my traditional spot for new car photos, Lancaster County Park...coming through the covered bridge......holding camera @ 60 mph? not advised.
  12. It might be cool to get a Peterbilt sticker for my back glass.

    How Come...

    how'd you git my pitcher
  14. Thanks! Yup. My DIC was reading "average consumption" of 48.9 at its height before I got off the highway, ended up at 45.2 when I pulled into the garage tonight. Crazy, and so nice to drive. I will double check the DIC with actual math at my first fill-up, of course, but I'm starting off great. It's black with Quartz leatherette interior (medium and dark gray).
  15. Very nice one, cc.
  16. Hi number7.
  17. Thanks folks. That was taken last night in my garage. I'll get a couple more pictures this weekend, it's supposed to be really nice out. I cannot believe it, coming out of the Patriot, but the fuel needle has not moved yet that I can tell, and it has like 70 plus miles since it was filled with fuel. It handles so nice, I hope it all works out. I love it so far.
  18. Coming to a garage near me 3.7.13, next chapter.
  19. ...and welcome back to the board, BTW.
  20. Nice little vehicle.
  21. Traveling at "only" 75 mph yesterday morning on the way to work, behind an F-250 pickup in the left lane. Was wondering what his issue was... until a maroon '63 Valiant 2-door sedan came into view as it switched into the right lane from in front of the Ford. As I went by, I could hear the sweet sound of a mildly tuned V8 engine at cruising speed.
