  1. reg using a big wooden spoon
  2. Kia had a hootenanny with some singers. I was laughin' at that line, it MUST be said with a Larry The Cable Guy accent. I haven't been to any shows again this season. Glad you had a little fun.
  3. "Kipo Chevrolet Exclusive" hahahahaha... it's a color that's been on Chevy trucks for many, many decades. Thanks fer posting!
  4. I sent a couple of photos of the blue one to my cousin who has had a Cherokee and 2 Liberties... she messaged back... "It's pretty! How is the gas mileage?" I have a strong feeling this will sell like hotcakes. I'm still stunned and shocked by it myself.
  5. Jeep, stop Juking my heart around. It is completely, jarringly new and therefore shocking as hell.
  6. Mom and Dad's '66 Malibu SS 396 in Marina Blue. I was 2 years old. Mom's '69 Corvette in yellow. I was 5. Uncle's '66 F250 in red. Grandfather's '75 F-250 in green.
  7. If I go into a certain place like Edmunds, Game Warden Green (my nickname, not GM's) is listed as an available color, although I cannot get a CGI to prove it. I have seen local dealers order, for example, Tangier Orange shortbed, reg cab 1LT Silverados that are accessorized with 20" GM chrome rims and the like. I'm just thinking a truck in that green color, with black grille, bumpers and Cragar Soft 8 wheels would be a cool Redneck Sport Truck, with something like a loud Flowmaster exhaust exiting ahead of the right rear wheel and a leveled suspension.
  8. If the car does not sell, how is it a success though. Car companies are in the business of meeting customer demand ("creating" demand is a false hope), how is forcing the issue going to make things better for your electrics? I will give the Spark Electric and 500E some time to prove themselves, but if they don't sell well enough to suit me, I am going to have to side with Moltie's Luddites. The Leaf has fallen.
  9. What do you guys think? Is it too Juke-y? Not Jeep-y enough? It sure is jarringly new.
  10. Maybe I should trot out some Focus Electric sales figures. Yes, we're all fools because we don't want to drive a car that requires a tether.
  11. That green color is still on the special-order list. It'd be cool to have a base model '14 Silverado in that color, reg cab 2WD, with black wheels.
  12. ...he said from Canada
  13. Congratulations sir. How about some pictures of the Bonneville, and your new Traverse?
  14. Something odd in the proportion... seems low-cowled, thick-pillared, wide. Something offputting in it. Interior is truly professional though.
  15. Yeah, that's the '88 Centaur. A lot of the styling cues on this Corvair Rampside redux were later used on the '92 S/T trucks.
  16. Duh, why would any sane automotive company spend money on something people have shown they do not want? I mean jeez. Get real.
  17. From the state of things in modern electric vehicles, you are not far off the mark, Drew. There has not been much progress since that old Detroit.
  18. They've been tried. They've failed over and over again, from early 20th century to 2013... every electric vehicle in production has sold "less than expected".
  19. I'm thinking that is a GM dash... it resembles an overstyled version of the '94 S-10 dashboard.
  20. Whoa, that is a sweet truck, and I've always liked "Game Warden Green".
  21. Wicked little torque monster. I want one in 3-door.

A very sexy beast. I'd love one. Not sure why I couldn't see it this morning.
  23. Well... it IS a minivan. That's why I snuck the Terraza nameplate onto it.
  24. Moltar, electric cars are not a new technology. They are a failed technology. Nothing to fear here.
