  1. WHOA, somebody stuffed their little Fiat in the weeds!

    I don't see nothin'
  4. SWEET SOUND
  5. This little bus is oddly appealing to me. I hope they're tuning these so they don't need high test gas. I would drive one.
  6. Powerstroke
  7. It's a little worse for wear, that one.
  8. MO' POWUH!!!
  9. Prolly similar to being chased by killer bees, only without the "killer".
  10. The hell I do... your (hilarious) links prove not your point, if you have one. Where do you get yer idears from? Fisker was not going to survive, that much should be apparent. Selling it off to Chinese investors is not what I wanted to happen, I just wanted it to die here in America and be gone forever. I never, ever said, here or anywhere else, that I advocate selling American technology to the Chinese, or any other hostile regime.
  11. Whoa, that is a beauty! Best of luck to Pop with his new toy!
  12. Well, it says Plainsman on the side, so I'm guessing it's the Chrysler Plainsman wagon from 1956. Is that the one with the cow fur seats?
  13. lol

  15. Lancaster dealer has at least 6 on the ground already. I posted a couple of pictures over in my thread. Bright Blue one is still in the back yard, didn't see the "sold" card on the dash today... I wonder if the deal fell through. I also wonder if I really need AWD in one of these... fuel mileage would be marginally better with FWD, and the ride height is the same.
  16. Red Convenience AWD with nav, $28k, Light Blue Base FWD, $24k, Tan AWD convenience with Bose, $27k. Odd bit: the tan one did not have the little "AWD" badge on the tailgate like the red one does. A manufacturing hiccup... I hope that's the only thing left off. (I did crawl underneath to make sure it had a differential back there). Two more around back still wrapped in plastic, a tan Leather AWD with the cool saddle interior, and a gray FWD with Bose and sunroof.
  17. Daryl, thanks for posting that. Great! In 1983, Chevrolet lowballed the sales chances of the Monte Carlo SS homologation special... and we know what happened there, it became a great seller for Chevrolet, with a lot of goodwill for the brand. This is what the SS is for.
  18. I see nothing untoward here. It's pretty much my story... but my conviction is not as strong as yours on this subject. I'm willing to bend and contort while seeking just a bit of uniqueness. Code 130RS.
  19. Well then, I'll say it's a bullseye. Local dealer has a tan one now, maybe I'll stop by there this afternoon to put a nose print on the glass.
  20. You're doing a good thing by making your opinion known. Stick to it, sir!
  21. Panhard Dynavia for 1948...
  22. Mini is FWD, but no appliance. Didn't the original pioneer the idea of FWD/transverse engine for max passenger room formula back in the 50s? So it is absolutely appropriate it has FWD... essential to concept. That may not have been your point, Balthy, but you know wut I mean.
