Are you sure those shocks aren't expensive? They may not be magnaride, but we had customers on the edge abandon their Cadillacs earlier than this STS because of the cost of replacing the shocks. My biggest concern for you on this is cost of repairs, other than that, it is a handsome car.

The Jeep is a vehicle that is made for off-road driving. There is going to be a difference in on-road handling with this type of vehicle. It is nothing unfamiliar or dangerous to the seasoned Jeep owner. It's a Jeep Thing, either you understand or you don't.

STS is a beauty, but it is a high dollar car, it is a Cadillac, to maintain. White Honda Accords are not "nice", if that's what you're looking for.

Cousin's on her second Liberty, she loves 'em. They've got tough bodies from a bodyshop perspective.

I only buy Simply Jif. It's good.

It looks clean. How many miles? Only problem might be parts availability, although mechanical items were surely shared with the Rodeo.

I had one warranty issue with mine, the electric power steering system rattle. After replacement of the column assembly, I had no further problems with the car and would have no trouble recommending it. Mine was a 2009 1LT coupe with 5 speed manual.
