hehe, toyoguy is dreaming. I stopped by the local dealership to look at The Atomic Tadpole too. It's the ugliest truck on the market, and I told the little sales chick just what I thought.

With the Signia, they were clearly trying to make us change our minds and begin to hate every 1960's Buick wagon styling cue, because they took them all and perversely twisted them. Bleh.

I love this thing. At first blush, the shoulder line says "Elantra", yes (and not a good first impression for an expensive car), but overall, it works for me. Very solid, sleek, tight and German. I love the A5 wheels and the profile shot is killer.

Yeah, but everybody's porky these days. Crash tests dictate that modern vehicles have a lot of structure. If the car is a hardtop (and it better be), it will need a damn strong lock pillar for side impact tests.

You know how when you go into an old person's home, and they all smell the same? And the bathroom, just after a healthy? Ah yes. Apple pie baking in the oven. Cat pee somewhere in your half-finished downstairs family room, making you regret the day you started letting your neighbor's cat in periodically because they put her out and won't let her back in their house. Sweat, running down the back of somebody cool at the gym. Newly cut alfalfa. Yes... smelly isn't it?
