  1. For $500 you can get a pretty decent laptop at Best Buy, and right now if you buy something for $500+ you get a $50 gift card, unless the deal has expired. Don't think it has though. You just have to find the coupon online and print it out. First you should try what others have suggested though. Are you sure you don't have viruses causing problems?
  2. No way will this be $65k. No one will buy it if it is. You can get a CTS Coupe for that, with more features and more power (okay, about the same power I guess). If it doesn't come in around the GT500 ($48k) I will be shocked. Also, a Z06 is $74k. Who's buying a ZL1 over a Z06? Unless you really need the kiddie seats in the back.
  3. Why doesn't Hyundai shoehorn this into the Genesis Coupe? That'd be much more exciting.
  4. You don't think the Charger has a bit of a "hood" as well? It is not as circular, but it still looks somewhat similar. Considering the cars are 17 MYs apart I thought it was interesting that there is some similarity in design language between the two.
  5. Couldn't find a very good picture, but I can't help but think of our '95 Olds LSS beater when I look at the interior: Obviously the Charger's looks much more modern and it does look pretty nice, the design just really reminds me of a modernized version of the Olds.
  6. Meh, now it just looks even more like your average family sedan. It's no longer ugly, but that doesn't make it attractive.
  7. Wow, the wagon looks really sinister in that color scheme. Can't say I would want to drive it around every day though with that color scheme. It's like yellow or the bright green on the Camaro. Sure it looks cool, but begins to get old after a while and doesn't look so good.
  8. So it's a fancy name for a basic truck with a Hemi?
  9. I don't like the naming scheme on the Journey or Caravan (Caravan in particular). The extra power is nice obviously, but I think it waters down the R/T name the same way SS was watered down when there was the Equinox SS and Malibu SS (and Impala). Thankfully there was never an Uplander SS.
  10. What makes you think there's another Zeta coming? I'm pretty sure this is it...
  11. I don't much care for the wheels, but other than that it looks pretty sweet. Not sure I can stomach a $50k Camaro though.
  12. I'm not sure... the grille looks like an Audi wannabe and it just seems too long in general. Probably an optical illusion but either way I'm not feelin' it. Rather have a G8 GXP.
  13. Honda did kind of screw up not putting many features on the EX. The EX should have everything the EX-L has (except leather) and perhaps a couple things from the Touring model.
  14. Wow, 43.8mpg at 80mph is impressive. Wonder what they'd have gotten at 60mph. 50mpg?
  15. Does Cadillac break the CTS into coupe, sedan, and wagon? I don't believe so, but it would be nice to see how it fairs against the G coupe.
  16. So Readers Digest has this contest where you show your "spirit" for your town (or a town) in order for the town to win money towards an improvement. The town my dad grew up in and my aunt and uncle still live is currently in second place in the "population under 99,000" category, and are trying to win $40,000 towards making the town library handicap accessible. In addition, all individuals are entered into a contest to win $35,000 towards a car and roadtrip across America. Feel free to vote for your own town/city, but if you don't care and just want to have the chance to win a car and trip, please vote here: http://wehearyouamerica.readersdigest.com/town.jsp?town=FAIRBURY&state=IL All you have to do is enter your information and click "cheer" and then cheer again 9 more times after the entry box closes. You can also enter more than one email address to get more entries into the contest. Like I said you can vote for your town too, but if you don't mind this town is quite close to first place and an extra $15,000 in prize money. There are only 5 days left in the contest so it's unlikely any town not currently close to money is going to get into the money.
  17. I heard Geico offers some sort of warranty for used vehicles as well. You might look into that. I didn't realize that you are out of the original warranty. That probably is the reason why the prices are relatively high.

    Curse

I was going to suggest the ebay route as well.
  19. That's because the Alero weighed so little. The Cruze is simply a heavy vehicle for its class/size.
  20. Honda still has the Accord coupe and Nissan has the Altima coupe.
  21. It is interesting to say the least. Sort of reminds me of the BMW Z4 coupe in a way. The performance sounds incredible, as well.
  22. I thought the Elantra's interior was pretty nice from when I sat in it, though we only looked at the $21k limited model. Not sure how the GLS or whatever stacks up however.
  23. Where is the interior picture? Honda normally blacks out the windows so you can't see the interior and this looks to be the case here. I didn't see any interior pictures in the gallery.
  24. Did you drive the 2.4? We drove a 2.4 Equinox and it was a terribly slow and doggy. The dealer didn't have any V6s so we didn't drive one. My aunt has the same color combo on a Terrain as you, I believe. She got AWD and the moonroof as well I think.
  25. The dealer has a TON of wiggle room in that price. Shop around and get the best price. We may get an extended warranty for the Civic we just bought a couple weeks ago. We will end up buying it online at a Honda dealer's website, where it costs $900 compared to the same exact warranty we were quoted on here for $1600 (and the warranty is good at any Honda dealer - in your case any GM dealer). I was reading on Edmunds, and many people who bought Pilots and Odysseys were quoted $2500 for this same warranty from the dealer they bought it at, and got it online from a dealer for $1100.
