  1. I see what you mean, but I just feel like it's a weird angle or something. When are they going to update the site for 2006?

They could also be digitally added--say to a fully-clothed man
  3. LOL It's true though... look at the Fusion--Hello... to me it's a lesser car than the Buick (only because I imagine Buicks to be above Ford)... but it has a nice chrome grille in the front. And the 500 is going to get restyled in the front to match... probably chrome. The new Jetta--big chrome front. It's looking nice--I say throw it in, it was out for the 90's but chrome is making a comeback!

I'm going to have to get one--all my pictures were wiped out during the great Dell Screw-Me Caper of June 2005... The only images I have left are tiny images I use for icons. I will have to see if any of my friends have some pictures of me

Wow... I never would have guessed there'd be so many good-looking people on this site?!
  6. One of my father's biggest beefs with new Buicks--where's the chrome?
  7. Okay, well, I disagree with the above. I can't afford a freaking apartment's rent on 45,000/year. Some locations need more money than that to survive. I would just be able to barely pay rent and food bills--much less car, auto insurance, apartment insurance, clothes, supplies (which, by the way--schools NEVER give you even half of what you use--it's not uncommon for a teacher to spend a few hundred dollars out of pocket to get what they need to do the job)... summers off? No a/c when it's 95 degrees in June? Summers have to be worked because you can't afford not to? Dealing with snotty kids and their parents? It's not as cut and dry as you think.
  8. Okay, you have a point there. I would like to see chrome grilles for all models except special editions/sports packages.
  9. Should he call him a doodyhead? LOL  Seriously--I never really paid attention to bias in the media until a few years ago--I mean, it's not just with car companies, it's with everything--it's sickening!
  10. Well, I read a study once, that with all the work they do outside of work, before work, after work, on weekends, during holiday breaks, etc., teachers actually work the equivalent of a full-time employee, with 2 weeks vacation/year. They just do it in 9 months instead of 12.
  11. Oh, and I want CHROME grilles, not black with chrome surround.
  12. C'mon man... tweak the grille and give it a Velite-ish look. Maybe slightly less exaggerate the lines of the car... shrink the wheels a tiny bit, and bam, instant best-seller. I'm telling, with a 6A, 3.6, and a V8--that's it... this fucker would be HOT!!!
  13. Nick, you're going to make an awesome boyfriend... let me tell you. A girl would be very lucky to find someone who's willing to get to know them, care for them, show them passion and romance. When you find someone, don't be afraid--you have a LOT to offer them. Not to mention that you're like hot now and stuff :P
  14. Nick... All I can say is, it will happen. Take it slow. I have to tell you, a lot of women would probably take pleasure in being your first time. Just, be careful to take it slow, and if something doesn't feel right, stop... don't force yourself. You have your whole life to get laid, trust me! And use something damnit! :)
  15. Haha--well, not the same, but I had a straight friend of mine actually say that if he was gay we'd be great together LOL I guess it just spawned off of the fact that we both have the same sense of humor. I have felt that way about a straight friend or two, but never got angry at them... it's not like it's a choice to just start liking guys--so it's not like they can "convert" to gaydom or something like that ;) Just like I can't convert to "straight"... although my mom would just LOVE that. <_<
  16. If the Centieme is built, they will come. Seriously, how hot would that be for a Rendezvous replacement? Give it a standard 3.6L V6, 6A with the option of a V8.
  17. Sorry man, that's rough :(

Well, I never thought you were in the closet? But what's with the mullet? I didn't think your hairstyle was a mullet? It doesn't look like any of the ones I've ever seen so I don't know why everyone says you have one!
  19. Oh, sorry to hear :( I knew a friend who when he came out just went crazy into the whole "gay scene"... bars, clubs, wild sex, drugs, drinking, etc. I had been friends with him for a few years... but I wasn't into that life at all and didn't want to be dragged in. It's rough when you lose someone, friend or more. As for John (his name), well, we're both teachers and he and I are going through our ritual sobbing the night before school begins (it's not just for kids, ya know!), and he's already arranging dinners with me during the following weeks. It's odd, because I LOVE spending time, but in the same respect, I dread spending time with him--just knowing that it's not going to go any further. We'll just have to see. I mean, I don't foresee losing him as a friend, which is great--I just hope I don't end up with a broken heart in the future.
  20. I've seen them in person, and I just honestly don't like them. I liked the style 2 generations ago, but after that, no.
  21. I really hope we find out more about Buick's future at the auto shows this year. I'm banking its future on it.
  22. There are apparently a few. Everyone on this site, straight or gay, is really friendly... you'll enjoy it :)
  23. On a slight side-note, will we see better hp numbers from the new 6A? Or is it just going to affect fuel economy and 0-60 times?
  24. You know, if that's the case, then the 3.9 might not be bad at all. If we can get 30mpg out of it for highway, I'll be satisfied.
