I wish we could just get some more solid news about Buick. I feel that they just put everything they had into the Lucerne, the soon to be Rendezvous replacement, and that's it.

Don't lower your standards--it's very important, otherwise you won't be happy. I know that for a fact. You'll find the right one, I'm sure! She's out there--you just have to give it a lot of time, and above all, patience!

Oh, ocn, he knows... we've talked about it. He's been great about it all too.. he hasn't changed at all knowing I like him, however, he's not likin' me back :P As for not being "obvious"... I kinda like my men that way ;) He's got this ridiculously deep voice, built like a tank, into every sport on the face of the earth--hell, he's even been with like a thousand girls before. And yes, he's gay. :rolleyes:

I understand what you're saying. I guess I'm just disappointed with the 3.9 as a whole... it gets crappy fuel economy and I just thought it'd be more powerful than it is. At least 250hp was my guess.

Uh, I get enough "nature" as it craps on my car daily :rolleyes: Well, I hope that next summer when I get home from Italy, I can spend some time in a cabin in a deserted area... just me and a book :)

I will admit, the interior is nice, but cars this size to me always just look so damn ugly. They're like little bubbles--and I realize they essentially have to be, to make the most out of their size.

Well, you're right on that count... I don't want to get over him. I just want it to work out. It's really frustrating in that sense--I know that with the less time I'll be spending with him I'll feel less of the attraction, but in the same regards, I just want to practically marry him and spend every moment with him! lol

I guess the interior might be "cool". I just find it incredibly ugly. I was looking at the pictures on the Honda website and just shaking my head saying, "No no no... all wrong!"

Oh hell yeah... I can't get enough. We're not going to be hanging out too often because of work starting up again, but we talk every day. I look forward to the conversations, he's brilliant and funny. We just have a good time together.

I tell you, it's frustrating as all hell! I feel like I'm on a cloud when I'm hanging out with him... I mean, I can honestly say, no guy has EVER made me feel the way he does.

No, he's been out of a relationship for a little more than a year. He just knew his last bf wasn't for him. And you're right, the nice guys are really getting screwed--just not literally! :P

Fly, you didn't know? :P Reg.. thank you for sharing. I'm at that point where being around him just takes my breath away. I mean, I've been out with so many guys, and no one has ever really felt right for me. I have been meeting crap, I must say... and when I met him, I just dropped my jaw... I mean, absolutely brilliant, hard-working, gorgeous, masculine--what more could I want? I'm just trying to be "friends" for now, but I won't lie--I keep hoping that one day he'll just look at me differently.

You know what's REALLY weird? My parents, the most vanilla people on the planet... every wall in the house is a shade of beige, nothing bold, never... recently started looking for a new car. They absolutely hated the LeSabre--thought the interior was SO cheap and then they hated the LaCrosse because it was too small... etc etc... Well, my parents actually said, "Cars today are just so boring... no chrome... no style... man, you should have seen the cars when I was your age. They were beautiful." For my parents to make a comment like that, well, then there really are some damn bland cars out there. Hey, I am pretty conservative myself with styling, but even I like a little bit of excitement and style in my cars.

I'm currently in a situation where I've found someone I feel is the absolute ideal for me, and he looks at me as just a good friend. I'm head over heels for him--I think he's the greatest guy I've ever met... again, he sees me just as a good friend. Ever been in this situation? Has anyone ever had the situation turn out good where the other person actually started liking them romantically one day? Or has it just turned out to be a lot of heart-ache?

OMG... that has to be the one song in the world that I hate with a passion! I can't stand it... and as if to make matters worse, it has that damn break in the middle of the song, where you think it's just abruptly ended, but then it goes ROOOOOOOOOOOXANNE! Ugh.

Sixty8, You're correct... the G6 would have made a great Grand Am. The Cobalt name grows on me as well, and I have a feeling it's because I think the Cobalt is just such a great little car--really. It has available power, many different looks on the inside (between the trims)... it was well-planned and well-executed in my opinion. I believe this is the case: if a car is good, the name change doesn't really tick us off any more and we adapt well to it. IE, Cobalt. If the car is mediocre, or sucks, we don't adapt well to it, and therefore it doesn't instill the same wonderful feelings previous cars did (IE, LaCrosse/Regal). I would never have given the LaCrosse a Regal name. I would have however, given the LaCrosse a Century name. For me, it seems to be a notch above the Century, but a notch below the Regal. It should have been twice the car it is.

Well, this is confusing. Buick wants to attract younger buyers. Buick has the Terraza, Rendezvous, and even the Rainier for that. But Buick plans to change the name of the Rendezvous when they redo it, drop the Rainier, and are considering dropping the Terraza. What the hell is going on?!

I'll never forget one night, POURING rain... I was fooling around with someone... well, after three hours, the insides of the windows were actually dripping! I guess the humidity was just that high or something! I was horrible, because the windows had to be wiped down with our clothes because the defroster couldn't dry all of the water!

That's funny--I saw a Vette that color parked outside a diner yesterday. I didn't even know they made them in that color til I saw it--it's gorgeous :)

HOT man.. this is just so great for Pontiac, and for GM... I really hope that Saturn kicks ass in 2007, Pontiac enjoys its Solstice and Torrent (which would be better with a beefier engine and some more options), etc. I can't wait for more :)

Wow... Intrigued... wow! NOS... I remember you on your Camaro--vaguely--don't remember the other pics! See you have some fish in the background? I used to have fish--loved them, but each May I had to wait until October to replace them as mom and dad refused to turn on the airconditioner and they boiled to death!
