I'm sorry 'blu, that really sucks. We're really liking only having one car payment. Our insurance is significantly less, our combined fuel use hasn't changed a whole lot because I drive the Prius at times when I would have driven the Fusion in the past.

If thats what the ballot looks like in November, we're in for quite a ride, since neither major party candidate is an eligible write-in, Texas' electoral votes would go to Barr almost by default.

If and when a paintjob happens, it will either be repainted the same brown color (the paint is in decent shape, only one real bad spot on the hood) or white. I saw a white wagon with wood applique, and it looked sharp, and wouldn't clash with the tan interior. Something I learned last night, the big kayak doesn't fit in the car (duh) and is pretty awkward to get up on the roof rack. The small kayak will fit inside, mostly. With the nose up against the front seats, the tail sticks out about a foot.

Debating politics is no different than debating Star Wars. Loki and others may go back and forth with me and others about taxation, deficit spending, yadda yadda and its no different than the guys at the comic book store arguing over Jar Jar Binks, that is, our debating it wont have a real effect on it, and we know that, but discussion and debate brings information and enlightenment.
