  1. Oregon Trail is the $h!! Yes, 99% of those apply to me...I miss the 90's.
  2. For a couple grand more you can get a CTS, sure its only got the 2.8, but at least people will respect your purchase.
  3. I'd rather have a Malibu SS or an Accord. I'm still not convinced that Mitsubishi will be around by the time the warranty on the 17 cars they sold last year is up. Plus, I'm still not convinced that they can build a car superior or a Hyundai.
  4. First thought was Merkur XR4Ti, but those left before '91, so Sterling 827SL?
  5. I had an effin Suzuki dealership offer to bring an Aerio to me at work so I could test drive it. Many dealerships offer this service, nothing new, nothing BM inspired.
  6. I'd be wary of any team with a pitching staff that is either unproven in the postseason (Tigers,Twins) and of a team thats old and fragile (Yankees). I dont see how the Tigers have done it, their offense shut down in the second half (up until the last few days) and their pitching staff is Kenny Rogers and a bunch of youngn's. It would be a great story if they went all the way, but however they do in the playoffs, I have a feeling they will be the White Sox next year, less reliable pitching, not as many breaks. The Twins confuse me, they started off slow, then took off once Liriano was inserted into the rotation and haven't really looked back, even with Liriano being shut down. The Yankees have had their troubles this year but I really do like them to advance over whichever AL Central team they face in the playoffs. Mussina and Johnson aren't the aces they once were, I have a feeling that if the Yanks fail, it will be because one of those two breaks down. The A's seem solid, I think they're actually my pick for AL champions right now. The NL is just the Mets and a 15 team clusterf@#k.
  7. Clerks
  8. That would be like pimping a LeSabre or DTS. Nobody wants a pimped grannymobile. In response to what BV will post after reading this: Dont take things so seriously, I was joking, GAWD!!! But really, I could see some cool things coming out of this.
  9. Is there anything about this thats not extremely Freudian?
  10. I'm going to need another 48 hours to get the B.S. which I can pull off in another 4 semesters easily, may be able to do it in 3, depends on how heavy of a class load I want to take, remember I'll be in 300-500 level classes, not exactly the 100-200 level stuff where all you have to do is take notes and have a couple of tests. It should go pretty smoothly, since I now know what I want to end up doing.
  11. I take it this means we'll be seeing a new Land Cruiser sometime soon. Cool, I've always respected that Land Cruiser, all generations seem very capable of going off road and the last couple generations did it with some luxury and handsome (if bland) styling.
  12. They going to get as much crap as Toyota got when they had their little airbag snafu?
  13. When are people going to start realizing that Subarus kick ass?
  14. I'd rather have an actual tourtise shell, because that would be cool.
  15. Since I graduated high school, I have been on a never ending quest to figure out what I want to do, because of this I have had several different majors(Education, Geology, Art History ((WTF??)), English, Business and Psychology are the highlights) and finally decided to take my education more slowly so I could focus on the big picture. Well, the big picture has finally led me to a path I can see myself following. After I get my Associate degree this coming December I will enroll at either Missouri State University or re-enroll at the University of Missouri-Columbia, regardless of which school I choose, I will major in journalism. And if I do become an automotive journalist, you had better believe I will be cashing those checks from Toyota. I'll start now, TEH CAMRY RoXxXxors, it is teh bestest car everzzz!!!!1111oneoneone
  16. This thing has Automotive Down Syndrome and I think I may have contracted it by just looking at these pictures.
  17. Counting money whilst walking down the street is a terrible idea.
  18. According to the DOR website, StL and KC require emissions testing, all the more reason for me to stay around Springgy. I agree the 2 year registration is far better (in theory*) than one year.*I say in theory because I've yet to have a car more than 13 months so I cannot say from personal experience that its better.
  19. I'd call the Camry the quintessential 90's car.
  20. It looks, um....French.
  21. I take that back, they've expanded it to all fresh spinach.

    Acura RDX

There was one in the showroom when I was in getting some paperwork for my Solara's GAP coverage and its sticker was like $36k, the MDX in the showroom was almost the same price, so I must ask, whats the point?
  23. Seriously, in this pic, with the front end blocked, this could be mistaken for any number of cars, mostly Toyotas.
  24. The e coli thing is only for bagged "fresh" spinach, if you get canned or actual fresh, you should be good. As for cheap, I've always been partial to quesadillas and PB&J sandwiches.

I think you're single-handidly using up every spare Aurora part in existance. Eventually your car wont be repairable and you will have to spring on that Corolla you've been eyeing.
