  2. None of us know that. It depends, along with other things, on what liabilites were part of the deal. It may very well be that Daimler made one hell of a deal by getting $4.7bn for Chrysler.
  3. I can't stop laughing...Anyway, my point was that if you go too fast when entering the freeway the reader may not ID where you entered, and that may cause the wrong billing.

  6. My :twocents: Acadia if you want a bigger SUV. Torrent if you want the vehicle the Equinox should have been.
  7. Aston Martin V8 Vantage on the A5 from Lisbon to Cascais yesterday.
  8. artificial
  9. Here in Portugal the speed limit when passing through 'Via Verde' is 60Km/h, so that the reader at the gate can ID the car's pass.
  10. so, no high-res pics yet? we should start a petition
  11. The Genesis' interior looks like a mix between Mitsubishi and 7-Series/S-Class interiors.
  12. So will it be the 3rd Epsilon II model after the Vectra and the 9-5?
  13. Added this page to my Favourites. Wallpapers-a-plenty, yay! EDIT - I'm liking the CTS more and more. The Art & Science theme is maturing well.

    Happy Bday!

  15. Good looking car, very distinctive.
  16. Firebird remember KITT?
  17. CTS looks really great!
  18. IMHO it depends on how GM promotes the CTS, more so than the actual driving dynamics of the CTS. It will not drive as well as a 3-series, which is smaller and lighter, but it can very well be better than the 5-series (which unusually for BMW seems to be a worse driver than the previous gen). LOL, it is a nice pic: the car looks great in silver! Right click and pick the 'Set as background' or a similar option.

  20. Lovely photo! My new wallpaper at the office :AH-HA_wink:
  21. I agree that a mid-range V8 option would broaden the CTS's appeal, but it would also be the death sentence of the current STS. I don't see that option arriving until GM sorts out the STS/DTS issue.
  22. That and the dealer network is fairly small. And I still think that leaving the distribution to Kroymans was a stupid idea. Cadillac will remain 'niche' but, for comparison reasons, Lexus is also niche even if it sells two or three times as much as Cadillac in Europe. This market is Audi's, BMW's, and Mercedes' market. And we do like American cars, it's just that their size and higher fuel prices make American cars less practical than what is offered by European manufacturers. I think there's a quality perception issue as well, but that issue exists in the US as well.
  23. That tiny station wagon would recreate the Giardiniera model. Click here (in Italian).
  24. Not as bad looking as I was fearing, but the Aston Martin Rapide looks way better than this.
  25. 30K? Get a well equiped Mini Cooper S instead and enjoy real driving fun!
