  1. Happy Birthday YJ!!! You have the same birthday as my sis so it should be easy to remember. Here is a nice B-body wagon for you to look at since you like the Impalas.
  2. Thats nice. Is it just me or is the interior blue? So this has the 5.9L Cummins? The 6.7L Turbodiesel Cummins is replacing it next year in January.
  3. Dart I love that entry! One thing is that I think you should put a emblem and grille on it. Those rear light remind me of the Grand Am for some reason but I love em. The whole car to me says Pontiac.
  4. I like our houses in our neighbourhood. The one on the right side of the pic is the same style as mine. That other house was an old guy who owned it but he recently passed and he didnt even want to be taken to the hospital. He wanted to die in bed so he did. It was quite sad cause he was so nice. He drove his cars into the ground and they were always GMs. He drove them til they literally died. He blew the tranny and engine of his Cutlass Ciera Wagon trying to get out of a snowbank. He decided to floor the car but it never moved and the car gave out.
  5. Ya I kind of figured that. Sad thing is I cant find a picture of our Dynasty. I know we have one but I cant find it. I even found a pic of our barbeque. You know you are a redneck when you take more pictures of your barbeque than your car lol.
  6. Dont underestimate K-Cars. The Dynasty was the best car we have ever owned. Best Chrysler, GM or Ford. We have never had a Japanese car and never will. Our Dynasty didnt cause us any problems and it only had been in for regular maintenance. It was better than my dad's 79 Cutlass, 95 GMC Sierra (piece of crap, had it for a month), and our 04 Tahoe. Those are the three GM vehicles we have owned over 32 years. My mom never drove a GM until her Tahoe. She drove strictly Chrysler. My dad drove anything cheap and domestic. AMC Gremlin, Ford Cougar XR7, Mercury Grand Marquis, Ford Bronco II,etc. This car lastly us 13 years and even on the way to dropping us off saved us from an accident without ABS.
  7. My parents really want our old car back so they heard about the whole history report thing so they want to track down the vehicle. They really want it back for a vehicle for me and we believe it is one from the good batch. It is our beloved 1989 Chrysler Dynasty LE. I want to see possibly where it went and track it down if possible. We got rid of it in 2002 with just over 120k on it I believe. It had no body rust even and ran great. It had a V6 and blue cloth interior with bench seat. It was dark blue on the outside. This car has great sentimental value and we realize now we should've kept it. I am just afraid to find it salvaged or something. I would really appreciate it if someone would help me find a history report or something or know of any websites to get one but I dont want to pay for one if possible. If not, I'll find a way. We are currently looking through our papers to find the VIN. This is the car I remember as a kid. I was brought home from the hospital in this, I went to my first car show in this, and I have so many memories. I still even remember what it looked like and what it smelled like. Dont worry it didnt smell bad lol. I was there when we took it to trade it in for our 99 Concorde LXi which was good and and all features but it still doesnt beat the Dynasty. I have compared every car we have owned to our Dynasty and nothing has matched it. The car was all original, no recalls, no major problems. Only maintenance was new exhaust systems, regular maintenance and new tires.
  8. Most houses in my town or Ontario rather are brick houses. We live in an estate neighbourhood so it is a larger, upscale neighbourhood. There are a lot of big houses here. These houses aren't new as well. These were built in 89. They just started extending on to our neighbourhood so now they are going with the stone look. The newer houses are much more expensive though. Supposed to start at $600s and up.
  9. WOW!! It is snowing in Scarborough. My dad works in Brampton and they have just had rain. Right now we have snow and freezing rain mix. The snow is prominent though and it is coming down good.
  10. We are expecting more overnight actually. It is more of in the Snow Belt region. Pickering/Ajax isnt in that, by far.
  11. As of today's snowsqualls we have snow. It isnt too much but it all came down in 20 mins. We have about 2 cms or more. Toronto isnt supposed to get snow but Orangeville is an hour and a bit north of the city. Here are some pics of my street and backyard. BTW the patterns in the backyard pics is the screen door. Snow would've come in if it was opened. It was squalling at the time but it doesnt really show up on camera.
  12. Haha lol. Funny thing is we have snow now here in Ontario and yes we dont get snow in Canada all year long lol.
  13. Murray McCracken!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol. Sorry that just sounds...Canadian.
  14. It reminds me of a 1988 Buick LeSabre T-Type.
  15. Sure. Why not lol. Just put your name on the list.
  16. I am working on my other views.
  17. I really like the Nitro. The Nitro is designed to stand out. It looks unlike any else in the segment and it would stand out driving on the road. It would be more noticed than an Equinox, Torrent, Trailblazer, etc. BV: You said you like vehicles that aren't ugly and don't have cheap interiors! You must not like your Millenia then lol.
  18. That's amazing. I kinda like it. Excellent shape and it would definitely be an antique.
  19. You're welcome dart. You need to join the Designer's Guild if you still haven't. I would like to see you as a part of it. You have excellent ideas. Post some more in the Member SHowcase when you have time as well.
  20. Im sorry to say but I dont like that. Your Oldmobile is much more better and isnt ugly. The front headlights and grille set up is nice but the rest of the car ruins it. It looks too blown up or bloated.
  21. 92 Saturn with BMW badge as well as many Kia Sorentos with BMW grilles and badges, scary!!!!
  22. Nice dart! One suggestion would be to not go too sketch in some details. Your car is excellent but the wheels and rims look like they were rushed. Take your time and try to put more detail into the rims. You have an excellent idea. BTW, go join the C&G Designer's Guild right now in the Lounge. You have major potential. Be sure to also post more in the Member Showcase. I would love to see more of your work. Just try taking more time but so far this is the first I have seen from you and you have a great start.
  23. Satty. this car had rust everywhere. B-pillar, rockers, hood, rear, doors. Everywhere. It looked like the car had just been sitting to die for a couple of years. The Bimmer badge was new.
  24. I like the Electric Lime but that is the only thing. I saw a 92 Saturn 4 door today and it was aweful. All rusted out. They even debadged the front emblem and put a BMW emblem on. I was laughing for about 10 minutes. We were on HWY.10 heading down to Mississauga.
