    FFS some of you make me sick. If GM kept the concept look it would've never achieved the mileage, and then you all would've bitched that GM failed to deliver on it's promise. Personally I like it alot, it has MUCH more style than any other hybrid out there.

    Erm, GM is testing FOR production vehicles, Toyota isn't. Hmmmmm....yep, still NOTHING like the Volt, which was what I asked for.

    Exactly. You can't say "oh well Toyota MIGHT, again MIGHT be able to use the aftermarket system" because then Toyota would have to be handing money over to that company to use it. We all know Toyota want's to have it been there own even if they didn't make it. Not to mention warranty claims and the fact the GM is STILL the only car company right now with a SOLID layout for a plug in. I ask you, where's the others plug in's @? I don't see any being tested on the roads....

    Yes I read this earlier, and can't wait to see the video. To smk, why do you post here? It seems like all you ever do is bash a GM product much like GXT bashes the Volt all the time. Seems to me like Mr. Hellwig has no problems w/ the LSA in the V, but yet you go blah blah blah GM is retarded for putting in a pushrod motor. Badge snobs are pathetic.

    People not wanting to buy a car based on national pride isn't racist or communistic. We all have our preferences and reasons we wouldn't buy/drive X brand of car. BTW there have been quite a few Asian designers or engineers who have helped made some awesome cars for Detroit, Mike Shinoda being one of them. So if someone was trying to use race/ethnicity as view point for buying or not buying said vehicle, then that would make them an ambiguous hypocrite.
