  1. Croc: It either case it's just ONE person's oppinion. I think the concept is great overall but I do agree that SAABs of the past decade have not come far in terms of styling. The current Gen. 9\3 has fantastic proportions and a very good sense of how a European car should look, outside of that SAAB is in Dire Straights, and I'm not talking about the band that beat out Jackson's "Thriller" in the UK charts in 1983. So yeah, I say build it, I even like the Subaru-ish grille... someone send a memo ot SAAB and tell them Subaru now belongs to Toyota. P.S. That mouse-interfface-i-Drive-shifter-B.S. is horrible!!!

  3. I voted "He was Racing and died", I'm shocked that the car did not rip in half. The typical Integra or Civic would have.
  4. WMJ: Nope, but if a Subaru is around if feels it.
  5. Like trinacriabob said:  This site is an equal opportunity forum. All of us fall inot some category or another and we all throw rocks in glass houses. I get called a redneck because I drive a '68 Camaro and 84 Datsun, and because my driveway contains more "parts cars" than registered ones. If you drive a Lexus or Acura I'll be sure to call you a Clueless Yuppie.

  7. Yes indeed Invicta is a great name, too bad it only stuck around for four years originally. I say bring it back. Either way there's a good chance I'll own an Invicta soon.
  8. Yes, ther's pretty much what I'm getting told. Thanks for the mention though. GMTruckGuy74: I too think the front of the Quad-Coupe is sharp, it's the 4-door that looks ungainly.

  10. Yeah, I've looked into 318tiis before. I love the "M3tii" one in Europen Car a few years back. I think the Skyline is the most obvious car that NEEDS to eb borught over here... it should have been here in the mid-90s if not earlier.
  11. The former site of my dealer$h! (that I worked at before they moved to River Road) has been for lease for 4 years. The other day a sign went up saying ti was now going ot be Volvo Rentals.
  12. Neat to see those two cars side by side. A 4.0 gen and a 4.5 gen shoulder to shoulder in Victory red, impressive.
  13. I'm a little unsure of what the problem is? This is in the lounge, right? So what's the harm? Let's get realistic everyone on here has threads they're not interested in. The nice thing about free will is you don't have to read them. If you ask me the most annoying thing about this site is how there always seems to be some new jerk reminding us how Toyota is taking over the world and then insisting GM is going to be bankrupt by next week becasue the lack of mouse-fir on the center console of the Malibu.

  15. If you enjoyed those check out some more here... my favorite is the ones called "Josh_Nuts". Not C&G Josh but a guy off of the Autralian Bluebird forum. http://www.910bluebird.com/videos/

  17. Borrowed off the Bluebird forum. Caption this.
  18. THANX! Will do.
  19. For the sake of objectivity I should go take a look and drive one. I'm not sure how soon this purchase will happen. It's kind of tough to say since we're in the middle of buying a house and this might screw things up. The house is #1, everything else may have to wait for a couole months including a new car purchase.
  20. Ohhhh it's a DEEP burn.
  21. Wow... I seem to be in the minority on this but I think what I see so far is neither sexy or unique. Actaully this could be an European Caliber for all I know.
